   I’ve always appreciated Caffè Nero for its great coffee, cozy ambience, and overall vibe—it’s usually a place I look forward to visiting. However, my experience at this particular branch was disappointing due to the staff's rigid attitude and unwelcoming demeanor. Unlike other Nero locations where service feels warm and genuine, the team here came across as indifferent and unapproachable, which really affected the overall experience. It's unfortunate, as everything else—the coffee, food, and setting—was up to the usual high standard. I hope this branch can reflect the friendliness that Nero is known for elsewhere.

   Its very calm place. chairs are comfortable. there is nice food and nice drinks. You can sit and work for hours. And There is an outside place you can sit in the nice weather.

   Excellent location. If the weather is good enough, don't hesitate to sit outside. Still, they have large seating area inside over multiple floors. Quick service with friendly smiling faces. I tried sandwiches which were tasty and they warmed them up. Their coffee is as good as it gets. As always at Neros
