   I visited this cafe around lunchtime and on entering saw a notice stating that due to staff shortages, the only food available was full breakfast, veggie breakfast, or breakfast baps. I asked for a bacon cob and got told there was no bacon, so I asked for a sausage cob and was then told there were no cobs. I decided to just have a coffee. In the time it took me to drink my coffee I witnessed the waitress come out with 3 orders and they were all wrong. One table had ordered one breakfast and were brought 2, the next order came out for another table, they'd ordered 2 and only got one and then the table next to me got their full breakfast but the scrambled egg on toast they'd ordered was missing. An absolute shambles! If it wasn't such a disgrace it would've been laughable.

   Very nice cafe. The only thing I didn’t like is the margarine and cheese sandwich for children. Unhealthy. C’mon Tesco you can do better than that. Margarine is bad. Butter and cheese would be much better.

   I’ve ordered 2 bacon and maple loaded waffles for my daughters. Both portions were extremely burnt, should not be served to anyone. Shameful. Unfortunately my daughters didn’t want me to take the food back.

   Ok so GREAT service, very polite and friendly staff but only TWO members of staff even when they are queuing at the counter which unfortunately has lead me to a 3 star review. This is in no way aimed at the staff, they were brilliant, Tesco sort it out !!

   24 minutes in the queue only to be told "lite bites only". The "Served All Day" items are not, seemingly, sold all day. The excuse was "I told everbody", but others in the queue had no clue. One person serving. There were only 4 people in front of me, but it still took 24 minutes. Tesco, please listen, this cafe is a thoroughly soul-sapping experience, akin to being visited by a Dementor.

   We ordered cheese and ham toasty the lady who took our order was very pleasant and said it won’t be long. Nearly 20 minutes later it still hadn’t arrived I went to ask for a refund because we couldn’t wait any longer, she said there nearly ready you might as well have them and I’ll refund you anyway She bagged up the toasties gave me a refund and was very nice about it all. We tried the toasties while waiting for our bus the were inedible I put them in the nearest bin where they belong suffice to say we will not be going back to Tescos cafe again. The cafe is run in a very Shambolic manner.

   I’m a delivery driver I believe Tesco cafe is new to the delivery company whom I’m working for as it was my first time picking the order up. They do not have a designated area for delivery drivers to park I am using a car and I really struggled in the customer car parking area to find a space. I was going round in circles and it was so busy that people were also struggling to find spaces and there were loads of people leaving and coming in aswel. I had no choice but to cancel the order. The car park is not as big comparing to how big the actual tesco is. It was a bit of a frustrating experience as I kept thinking about the food/drinks could possibly get cold as the cafe is apparently inside but having to go to the first floor to the cafe according to the notes on the app. I definitely will not be accepting an order again from here.
