   Female Barrista with red hair has a bad attitude. She seems prejudice. Needs training to treat people with respect.A barrista called Bonnie is so moody. The day her manager was in, she was pretending to be more attentive laughing. A very moidy person. Normally shes miserable. She takes her time sitting at some customers tables while you wait to be served.

   Bonnie at Caffè Nero is an absolute star! I go there often for my usual coffee, and she never disappoints. Not only does she greet me with her lovely smile and a positive, welcoming attitude that instantly puts me in a good mood, but her service is always spot on. She’s efficient, attentive, and takes real care in preparing my coffee perfectly every time. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in making each visit a great experience. The coffee is always delicious, but it’s Bonnie’s excellent service and warm energy that keep me coming back. She truly makes Caffè Nero feel like a special place.

   Bread used to be included in the price of the soup here, but not anymore, and there was no bread available even if paid for separately. The tomato soup is way too acidic without it. One person serving a long line of customers inevitably meant a wait. The only available table upstairs had two full trays of dirty cups and plates. Whole place feels shabby

   The nicest barista in town. I was welcomed by this lovely chap at the counter, outside they had the poster announcing Guatemala coffee so I decided to enter to try it. When I asked him about this coffee he had a great knowledge of this product and gave me lots of information and the best way to taste it. He is Italian besides being a barista so he knows a lot of coffee by his culture and his profession. The place was tidy and cozy. The other staff was very polite and friendly. Great place to go for a proper coffee.
