   Absolutely disgraceful service. We ordered at the drive through, and at the order point we were asked whether we were paying by card. It was a bit convoluted as I had a gift card and my husband was using his Costa card so we drove to the window. A very rude man (Benji) asked us if we were paying by card, I explained we had a gift card and he proceeded to instruct us to reverse back to the order point to pay! Not great health and safety and extremely rude. I said can't we just pay here and he replied "you can, but it's a massive inconvenience to us" Shocked that someone so rude, with zero regard for ours and other people's safety has a customer facing job and I will never stop at this Costa again.

2. Charlie Rotherham. ★★★★☆

   Amazing place, they only had 2 staff members working which was fine as it was quite late. But when she was talking my order, she seemed to be rusing the order as fast as she could which felt wrong as there was only me and 2 other people in the cafe. The bin outside was filled to the brim of rubbish and looks like it is never emptied.

   Costa Edwalton is disgusting, the chairs are stained and filthy some even ripped. The tables are never cleaned or wiped, you have to do your own. The bin outside is always overflowing and never emptied. This place is so unhealthy it was super when it first opened but it has never been upgraded or refurbished

   A rainy Monday morning saw me stop here unexpectedly. Walked in to a quiet but laid back atmosphere. Greeted with a big smile and welcome by "Loren". She demonstrated excellent customer service with her attitude and friendliness. Not a dirty table in sight and toilets were clean. WiFi was a little sketchy though. Well done, a credit to Costa!

   It can be hit and miss at this Costa, I've had some really good coffees and some burnt ones, as well as wrong orders. I have been given normal milk instead of coconut or plant based. Most of the staff are friendly, one of the guys can be nice or rude depending on the day. Inside is nice and good for meeting people. Definitely worth trying, hopefully you will catch them on a good day.

   I’m a regular visitor to most Costa’s in Nottingham. Edwalton, is by far the cleanest and friendliest we go to. We are always greeted with a smile from Adrian, Daniel and Lewis. I tend to visit to do my online work so this Costa is always calm and inviting. The tables and are always cleared and cleaned to the 5 star rating they have and deserve. Would fully recommend going to Edwalton Costa for in dine or drive thru. Once again well done to the staff for making our visits always enjoyable.

   Staff and cleanliness of store are lacking. They are rude, and the cleanliness is not there. Went on yesterday around 930 am to meet a friend. We were sat behind the sandwich fridge. Flies started coming out of the top of the fridge and crawling along our side, so right next to my friends face. It was disgusting and there were so many we had to move. Trays of food all over the tables and floors as they were not being collected by staff. When I mentioned to the lad working about the flies, he apologised but then said to his colleague ‘what am I supposed to do about a fly?’ and laughed it off. Coffees were cold and had to be returned. Don’t think we will be dining in here again.

   I don't think this place has ever got my delivery order correct. It's usually minor things, like the wrong size drink, or forgetting a small item. I've given them other chances because I know it can get very busy. However, today was the last time I'll be ordering - of the 5 items I ordered, only 2 were received. And those 2 were also incorrect. How can you send an order out that is clearly missing loads of stuff, including the coffee?! More training is needed here - there is a real problem with attention to detail and checking orders. It's also impossible to ring Costa, which is ridiculous.

   First time visit, service good but they need to get ride of the covid shields at the tills as you can't hear anything...hot chocolates and millionaire shortcake are very nice.
