   Very bad customer services went down for a refund and the securityguard came up to me and said I’m not allowed in the shop because The manager said I’m doing too many refunds. I only had a refund twice and the Security guard was so rude and the staff. I need explanation. The policy is 14 days refund within 28 days refund if somebody has changed their mind and got their receipt Proof of purchase and the item is still untouched and packed there in title to a refund. I’m taking this matter further action regarding this matter.

   I had previously purchased bedding which was unfortunately no longer needed,I returned everything and when asked the reason why my response was treated with empathy and respect ,the staff were brilliant,I will definitely use the store again .

   Great for household items, decor, etc. A bit tight on space in some areas for a big brand like this... layout of merchandisd needs uplifting. Would have been nice to see somethings on sale especially this time of year. The few items hidden on a shelf reduced were damaged goods. However..I still made a few purchases.

   Store managers rude speaks to you in an extremely demeaning way. They refuse refunds even if you purchased on the same day if the outer package is ripped. Unsure how to remove stubborn items from tight packaging to check sizing without opening the package. On the website it says easy returns. It was anything but. If your unsure if something will fit would highly recommend not using this branch. Atrocious customer service.

   Rude Manager... Tried to return an item that was unused, but was refused since we were 2 days late! Jobsworth award for 2023. Store says Head Office won't let them, and Head Office says it is up to the manager! Shambles.

   Walsall Reedswood branch. I was buying pillowcases & took one out of its material drawstring bag for a closer look. "Excuse me!!" a shrill voice shouted from somewhere, which I ignored. "EXCUSE ME!!" even louder now. I glanced up to see an assistant marching toward me. "You're not allowed to take things out of the packaging" loud, aggressive manner, face like thunder, overly officious. "Well, I have" I calmly replied & shrugged. "Well, you're not allowed due to health & hygiene" louder & more shrill now. "Well, I already have & there's no hygiene packaging to speak of" I replied, calmly again. I continued to inspect the pillowcases. She stood there, fiddled with the display & then marched off. I continued to look at the items, gathered them up & took them to the till where her nice colleague happily scanned the disassembled 'packaging' with no comment. Dunelm - you need to send your staff on a customer care course. I used to manage a customer care service in my former career & NEVER would I have stood for such disrespect & arrogance being shown to a customer. There were a number of ways she should have handled the situation - today's experience was not it.

   Price range pretty high. Only worth purchasing items which have been reduced. Even then you are paying the average price for the items. It is a hit or miss situation!

   Good store for home furnishings but cluttered and prices can be expensive as well as cheap .. be careful is the check. Parking good though spaces are small. Nearby Costa makes it a good destination.

   Visited this store early in the morning so wasn’t busy at all!! Located on the retail park with other various stores and easy to get to!! Nice big car park so easy to get a spot if your driving!! I had to click and collect from the store and I was greeted straight away when I walked in and my order was given to me in no time! Staff were quick,friendly and helpful so would definitely recommend. Thank you
