Went in today to fix the wire of my vacuum cleaner. The service i received was so professional, friendly, and fast. Waited while the gentleman fixed a new plug unto the wire as that was the best way to solve the wire issue, he quickly worked on it without telling me a price and when he was done, I asked to pay and he said not to bother. Would highly recommend and be going back in the future for most of my electrical needs. Thank you once again.
I can highly recommend Appliance Doctor to anyone needing repairs to their appliances! From their really lovely, sympathetic Receptionist/Secretary Amber who made the appointment to call, to their excellent repairman Jason , who was helpful, cheerful and very knowledgable regarding the repair required , I cannot recommend them highly enough. As a disabled Pensioner the problem I was having with my condensor tumble dryer meant I struggled so much to even try to remove the unit in order to carry out essential cleaning , then to put it back , exhausted me. Jason found the problem and repaired it right away and I now no longer need to dread trying to clean it !!! Excellent customer service from start to finish, and very competitive prices....If you need a repair..call Appliance Doctor !!!

A very pleasant lady answered my initial phonecall and was able to book me in for the next day. She explained prices etc and was very professional and polite. The same applies to the engineer who arrived on time, smartly dressed in company clothes, and sorted my problem (ice forming in the bottom of the freezer) within half an hour. He had all the equipment, clearly knew his stuff and was polite, helpful and and efficient. I was able to pay by card on the spot and the charge was more than reasonable in my opinion. This is top class in every way and something all companies should aspire to in terms of customer service.
My initial telephone enquiry was dealt with efficiently and politely in a friendly manner. The engineer was knowledgeable and explained the problem well. The call out charge was reasonable, and the appointment given was for the day following my query. I would definitely use them again if needed.
