   The food here is always beautifully presented and tastes amazing. We have been coming to the tuck and tanner for celebration meals for years and the quality is always great. Always top class service from the bar staff, chefs and servers. Special thanks goes to Maria, Rhiannon, Lailah, sue, Ricky, Tyrell, Lewis, Jacob and Ryan.

   The staff were friendly and polite but completely rushed off their feet, it was extremely busy and people were waiting forever at the bar, the children’s Christmas disco was chaos, far too many people crammed in to a small area, not enough seats as adults without children just getting drunk were taking up tables in the same area, badly organised, also they had taken another booking for a private party in the same area! We felt so sorry for the people who had hired it as it wasn’t obvious that it was supposed to be just for them and random people were going and sitting down in the section, staff were far too busy to notice or do anything about it so the family was having to try to deal with it themselves, I wouldn’t of been happy if I were them, food was same as before refurb, decent pub grub, again staff were doing their very best in chaotic circumstance, can’t fault them but over all not a great experience simply due to bad organisation of the event and volume of attendees

   There was no host at the door to greet or seat us, so we weren’t sure whether to wait or find our own table. After waiting a while, we approached the counter and were told we could sit anywhere — a little guidance on this would have been helpful. The ordering process was smooth, and the food arrived in a reasonable amount of time. The staff were friendly, but the food itself was rather average.

   Hot and fresh food very attentive staff (Maria and Reianna) portion sizes are bigger than expected take that in mind when ordering! Will be back!!! Only bit if constructive feedback is the dough balls we’re slightly underdone for my liking. Overall excellent visit and would return!

   Greted by friendly staff as we walked in who told us we can sit anywhere. We ordered using the app on the table, easy to use and we got 10% off our drinks which was a bonus. Food came reasonably quickly and was hot. Toilets were clean as was the dining area.

   We visited Tuck and Tanner for a family meal on Saturday it was really good value for money and the food was lovely! The waitress Tina attending to us was very friendly and welcoming! We will definitely visit again soon

   Food was awful, I bought my mum here for her birthday lunch having eaten here several times previously and it was lovely, this time however was abysmal. The food was not fresh, had clearly been reheated but was still cold and hard. We ordered the fish and chips at £10+, we left still hungry, no tarter sauce, the bread was just chucked on top of the few chips we got and had to ask for butter, the service was ok but we was never asked if we enjoyed our meal, the staff were behind the bar in big hooded jumpers and no aprons, I will not come here again and I’m very disappointed as it was my mums birthday!

   Lovely food, waiting time was good too. Had the garlic pizza bread to start and the BBQ chicken melt baguette. Both were amazing. Will definitely be going back.
