Fantastic beers, as usual Great little micropub Really friendly staff and customers. Recently attended a history talk at the pub and thoroughly enjoyed the evening. The pub really tries hard with community engagement. For such a small pub, there's a lot going on!
This is my favourite pub in Nottingham by miles. A lovely relaxed and fun atmosphere with great beers, and really lovely welcoming owners. Well worth a visit.
We very much enjoyed our visit to The Abdication. It was really busy when we went, but still had a relaxed atmosphere. The owners were very knowledgeable and friendly and they both made us feel really welcome. My real-ale-mad friend appreciated the excellent selection of ales on tap and it's dog friendly. A real gem!
Excellent little pub in Arnold with a great selection of well kept ever changing cask and keg. The Redwillow bitter I had yesterday was possibly the finest pint of bitter I’ve had. Cheese and onion cobs are a fantastic accompaniment to the pub tapas. Great staff and a great atmosphere.
Bob was here. He knew about beer and herons and gave us a glimpse into his mind. It cured my asthma.
Great micro pubs with great tasting drinks. Not a big place, can get a bit too cozy at times but worth a visit!
Great pub, tucked out of the way on Mansfield Road. Cracking choice of beers, wonderful staff. Recommended.
Great beer, always new ones to try, lovely warm welcome and great little bar snacks again new ones each week. If you ain't been you really need to get out more.
A very welcoming and unique, small but hidden, jewel right next(across the street) to the old Home Brewery. The place is full of people most of the time. The bartenders and staff are welcoming and there is plenty of novelty waiting for the wanderer inside. An overall beautiful atmosphere and something one may call the authenticity of the city.
