   Lunched today there with the girls and had a lovely time. Staff great. New menu. 2nd review. Been asking for months for vegan breakfast and was so excited to try my first one today. Toast came without butter (will take my own next time) but otherwise was FAB. Again, super service, hot fresh food, lovely atmosphere. Thank you. And now they have Ve mushroom and ale pie. It was SO good. New review. Still perfect. Sept '25, £6 deal had the vegan burger on it, so we took advantage of that today. Very nice, service great, will be back again soon.

   I visited this pub recently with a few friends and was initially drawn in by the cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. However, one major issue really stood out — the cleanliness of the glassware. Unfortunately, several of our drinks arrived in glasses that were visibly dirty, with smudges and spots that definitely should’ve been caught before serving. It’s disappointing because it takes away from what could otherwise be a great experience. Clean glassware is a basic expectation in any bar or restaurant, and I hope management takes this feedback seriously.

   This is a great bar for watching sports and socialising. They do great "daily deal" food offers and serve great beer on tap. The service is really good and all the staff are really friendly and welcoming, our server Grace was great going above and beyond to check on us. Easy to order food and drinks via the app and get served at the table. Has a car park and outdoor seating. Has games area for pool and darts. The only issue is they always seem to be out of GreeneKing IPA and Abbott!

   Been today around 11am and the pub was pretty busy but we managed to find a table which was Great! We Ordered a Couple of Drinks first and then ordered later on. When we ordered food we could see it was busy and we were told there maybe a wait which was great! I would say it was no longer than 15 mins and our food was on the table! All hot and very tasty! I very much enjoyed the Lasgna! Always feel at home at the Sherwood Manor will visit again! Thank you for the fantastic Service!

   I had a great time at this pub last Saturday with my best friend! The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and attentive. We enjoyed a couple of pints of beer and the selection was impressive, with a good range of local and international brews on offer. The pub also had a great selection of snacks and appetizers that perfectly complemented our drinks. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a fun and relaxed evening out with friends.

   Great food with both portions and taste being spot on. Brilliant service from young waitress and young lad on the bar. Played the bingo on a Sunday which has a generous jackpot. Friendly atmosphere and just an all round great experience. Well done all! Hurry up and get Rose back on tap! ;)

   We had a 50 minute wait for food but it is a saturday evening. Egg was burnt on the mini mixed grill but that was quickly replaced. Decent portion size for the money and beer prices good.

   Been here several times over the year . We booked for Christmas day dinner 2022. Absolutely fantastic quality of food and very good portion size, presentation was excellent. Customer service absolutely brilliant. Lianne Fountain the manager must be congratulated on how well she has organised everything. Staff also very hardworking and effective. Very welcoming of our little assistance dog Betty
