The food doesn't hold up. Even the cookies and that aren't that good. Not much flavour. They put ice in Their milk shake. Anyone with experience would be using strawberry or vanilla ice cream.

Bizarre thing is they charge a premium over and above the prices in other Nero coffee shops. A staff member explained to me it was because this branch is in a shopping centre, which is strange as quite a few of the standalone branches are more appealing in terms of layout and furnishings.

This outlet is not clean. Staff don't wipe tables when they clear them, floor at entrance filthy with piled up dirt which looked days old. Toilets need a deep clean, evidence of accumulated dirt everywhere and the days cleaning sheet on the door fully completed although it was only lunchtime! Entire place needs a revamp and proper cleaning.

One of the best Cafe Neros in Belfast. Offers more seating spaces upstairs. The baristas make very good coffee compared to most other places. Always pleasant.

Served by very helpful barista. Coffees were hot and very well made with lots of foam. We will return!

Love our visits here. The staff are so friendly despite being rushed of their feet at busy periods. Rebecca in particular is so friendly and always goes out of her way to make sure you have everything you need and have a good experience. Great coffee shop.

It's only getting 2 stars because the staff are lovely. This is THE SLOWEST service you will ever experience in your life, guaranteed. There's consistently a queue snaking around that never seems to quit, even at 7:30 in the evening. I wouldn't say the coffee and food options aren't all that great and certainly not worth the money. I can't say the Costa across the way is any better either. Again, if you NEED a coffee go have one, but all the coffee shops in Forestside leave a lot to be desired.

Very nice, staff are polite and helpful. Food and beverages are tasty. Toilet facilities on ground floor. Additional seating upstairs. Outdoor seating also available. Reasonable prices for a café. Clean and tidy. Access from carpark and through to forest side shopping.
