I like the place! The staff are very nice and the whole atmosphere is fantastic! Would defo recommend going if you need to have a coffee or just a place to sit and take in the atmosphere!! :D
A large, spacious, warm and inviting setting perfect for relaxing on a wet and windy evening. The staff are friendly and helpful, a real credit to the Costa brand.
After ordering a lot of food and other drinks I asked for a hot water. Server told me it was not allowed due to health and safety, but... suggested I buy a tea and not put the teabags into the hot water. In fairness she was apologetic about Costas bizarre policy First time I ever heard such a story Food was OK
Manager was very helpful and nice even knows people’s orders and that was a nice touch to see very personal service made us feel very welcome
I found my coffee a bit cold and asked for it to be warmed up and was told they can only heat to a certain temperature and if I want it warmer I should say when I’m ordering— I’ve never come across this before, usually go to the Costa at Hollywood Exchange and coffee is always hot enough without having to make a special request! To be fair the server did put more hot milk in for me but I was made to feel that it was my own fault
Bright, airy coffee shop with a good table layout and a comfortable atmosphere. Very slow service at the start. There were a few people behind the food counter but with the exception of the barista they didnt do much and weren't in any hurry to serve customers. There was lack of interest when they did serve and they didn't look at all happy.
I enjoyed my morning coffee at this fantastic wee coffee shop. It was nice to get in out of the cold and damp and enjoy listening to the sounds of happy chatter while enjoying a big cup of coffee. With lots on offer i can positively say when im back in the area i will most definitely be dropping in for a top up of happiness and a cup of hot coffee , I might even get a wee bite to eat :)
Nice brand new Costa Which is good to see and it’s so spacious! Staff are so friendly and helpful which makes it better and it’s kept so clean and tidy! Definitely worth a visit
All new and sparkly. Great friendly service. Loads of space and comfortable seating. Missing a Christmas tree at this time of year though. Terry’s hot chocolate orange is lovely. Great hideaway to get your head showered.
