   This particular Caffè Nero, out of the many I have been to, is a definite standout for it's level of customer service. This customer service is excellent both in terms of how friendly the staff are and also in their skills as baristas which of course is rather important in a coffee shop. This Nero is very happy to offer and grind the latest special beans which is always the way to go for the best coffee experience and of course all the ususal cakes, buns, pastries and sandwiches are also available so this truly is a sparkling star of a Caffè Nero!

   In this shop today iv never met a more ignorant pack people no thank you or anything as if they couldn't be bothered il never spend my money in here again.i thought it was service with a smile.not in this. Case it was ignorance with a I can't be bothered.ask for milk it was more a less slapped on table.asked for napkins I had one threw at me.i had to bite my lounge. Cafe Nero next time you employ people make sure they have manners

   The girl that served me was great.But the place was filthy.The toilets,OMG! they where absolutely disgusting,excrement dried into the seats,found toilet roll in one of the toilets.I have never seen toilets so disgusting in a cafe.There was a cleaning rota on the door that someone actually cleaned them yesterday,that's a lie.Also a sign on the back of the toilet door asking customers to keep them clean.

   Called yesterday the 12th June for coffees and nibbles, the coffees and toasted sandwiches were excellent and the staff were quick at getting the food on the tables. However, the cleanliness of the place leaves a lot to be desired, the floors, tables, chairs, windows and ceilings were disgustingly dirty, we didn't dare set anything on the tables and the latte spoons were an absolute disgrace. They say man came from dust, well there must be quite a few men hiding round those ceiling fans and chair backs. Come on folks, you have the Cafe Nero Brand name to uphold, give the place a good clean and maybe some of your lost trade might return. I know we will be in no hurry back to this particular Neros..

   Great coffee, great staff, great service. But OMG the dirt of the place! Tables not cleared, floor not swept, crumbs and wrappers everywhere. The glass fronted cabinets were so dirty I could hardly see the cakes never mind read the labels. Are they short staffed? The two members of staff behind the counter were friendly, efficient and fast but they obviously can't maintain this great level of service and keep the main area clean.

   Complete chaos of coffee bar, doesn't have Nero level of service. Even though we were sitting inside and let them know coffee was served in to go cups, cakes in carton box, with only 1 fork for a 3 cakes. All restrooms(3 of them) were closed and I was denied acess to any of 3. I was told that the only one is for customers and the other 2 for the stuff, but the customer one is out of order. Quite poor way of treating customers. If I could give them 0 I would. I was here 12/02/2023 at 5pm.

   Coffee was delicious but the place was so unkept. Dirty cups and plates on every table, we had to get ours in takeaway cups because there were no clean cups left. No music playing made the atmosphere almost strained. I think two members of staff is not enough to run the café.

   Staff always smiling and helpful. The only thing that I don't like is the weird music they play and is too loud. It's OK to have no music as to the stuff they are playing.
