Most visits the service is slow. It's regular that there is one serving in the morning when I use it most. A queue is therefore common. The friendliness of the staff is a lottery. There are some who are very personable and those who just want you served and gone! No tea cakes!!!?

Update* Have downgraded from 3 stars to 1. After my last review, signs were quickly put up advising that the toilets were for customers only, which at first gave the impression that the problem was being taken seriously. Unfortunately, those signs lasted only two weeks, and things have since slipped right back to the way they were. The café is once again being treated like a public bathroom, with people constantly coming and going. It completely undermines the otherwise friendly atmosphere and good service. -- Great location, friendly staff, and excellent service with the added bonus of good music. However, the overall experience is let down by the constant stream of non-paying visitors using the facilities. Unfortunately, it feels more like a public restroom than a relaxing café at times. Introducing toilet codes like other Nero branches in Belfast would go a long way in creating a more enjoyable and secure environment for paying customers.

Generally a 'go to ' place for coffee, scones , cheesecake etc. and the coffee and hot chocolate are very nice. The music is good but the prices have been creeping up for some time. The atmosphere, if you think there is one is chilled and quiet.

Miserable service and insipid coffee. Shame as it's a nice location.

Highly recommended. Centrally located. Great service and what an amazing view of the city hall to relax and enjoy.

Nice place, lovely staff, but the coffee wasn't 100% this time. It was worth going all the same.

If you want to be overcharged for a small latte, just order flat white. Barista doesn’t know the difference between latte and flat white. My flat white was almost cappuccino at this cafe. Sorry to say that, I just want the manager to take care of the baristas skills over there. And let people be careful with orders at this period of time. Thank you

Ordered 2 cappuccinos large with one having an extra shot, all was good except the dishwasher was broken so was served in takeaway cups. Nothing the staff could have done about it, and coffee was very good. Shall be back again sure.

Pleasant staff. I bought three vegan items: ciabatta sandwich with plant-based chickn (This Isn’t Chicken brand), warmed up, was good and piquant; caramel-chocolate cheesecake was deliciously decadent; and the flapjack was very good and probably healthy.

The coffee house is very well located, close to literally everything. They have lot of place to sit, also some outside tables with chairs. The staff is very friendly. But the restroom was a disaster, it's a shame because I would be more then happy to give them 5 stars but because of this they deserve only 4 stars.
