    Very friendly staff, warmly welcomed on entry . Hot chocolate is out of this world easily the best in Belfast. Chinaware is exquisite and crisps selection is superb. Cappuccino isn't bad but would definitely recommend HC. Felt obliged to leave a tip!

    Coffee was lovely, ordered a couple of things, it included the sausage and I could see that the girl did not listen to my order well, and I had to ask her again, when she gave me my order I could see that there was another table, they had served the plate with salad and additional potatoes and on my plate there was only the sausage... my question is why they put more things on the other person than on my plate??? Bad ….:: they have to serve the same to everyone equally. The 2 girls wore glasses but I couldn't see their names, because they weren't wearing them..

    Just found this place right before i left the country and wish I had of sooner! It is so much better than Costa and Cafe Nero - You get a good sized cup for what you pay for. I got hot chocolate and it came in a big mug how it should be, not in a glass unlike Costa/Cafe Nero. Plus it's cheaper than both of these places I think. Prices are decent, tray bakes are fresh, staff are friendly and atmosphere is pleasant.
