    Originally from Belfast and now living in Australia, I was home for three weeks on holiday and used this shop every day. The coffee was awesome, and the staff were great, except for one guy who was small and had a tattoo and was very rude for no reason at all. I possibly ordered the wrong coffee one day, and he seemed to have it in for me ever since, he wouldn’t say hello or thanks anytime I went in, or even look at me. A girl came in behind me one day, and he changed his tune straight away. Little creep! The coffee and all the other staff were exceptional. The Staff will know me well

    One of my favourite spots for breakfast and to take Rosie the dog who loves the biscuits provided by the lovely Ruth who served us today. Would definitely recommend!

    Definitely the best coffee on the Lisburn road, probably the best in Belfast. Espresso is consistently dialled in to perfection, staff are friendly and efficient and the tray bakes are excellent. Most independent coffee chains in Belfast at some stage will struggle with consistency, but not kaffe-o!

    One of the best in NI and possibly the closest a coffee shop has come to matching the best in Melbourne and Sydney (where we moved from recently and who have the best coffee in the world). Their flat whites (from Australia) come in a smaller than standard cup, which makes them very strong so I tend to ask them to use the cappuccino cup but not to fill it. They baked goods are a bit of hit and miss though.

    Quirky, cool, Nordic Coffee House on the Lisburn Road. Stopped for a coffee and sandwich which were both really good. The rye bread with chicken, chorizo and chipotle mayo was very tasty and the service friendly and relaxed.
