We used Pilgrim Payne to clean and restore the pelmets in our flat, which were originally installed in the 1990s. James and Deepesh were terrific and provided marvelous service throughout the process. The results are beautiful. Pilgrim Payne is highly recommended!

I used Pilgrim Payne first to reline and clean a number of mostly full length curtains. I was so impressed with the results and the customer service that I then had the rest of the curtains cleaned. I thought they might also need relining, but was advised this would not be necessary. Again, I was very impressed with the results, so asked for a Roman blind to be cleaned, repaired and rehung. I had been trying to find a company who would do this for years, but without any success. The work was always done quickly and very professionally. I would highly recommend Pilgrim Payne, and would not hesitate to use them again.

After seeing such positive reviews I was very disappointed with my experience of Pilgrim Payne's attempt to clean my curtains in situ. I can't even criticise the workmanship since nothing actually got done. This was because the gentleman managed to pull down my curtain rail and reckoned to stick it back up with some glue. He whinged and whined for about twenty minutes claiming he had not had anything like this in 15 years and then left in a very bad mood having taken a few photos. I rang the office to let them know the position and they seemed quite amused with the whole episode. The following day the whole rail fell down bringing the curtains with it.
Used them for the first time to get my 7 year old curtains cleaned and they came back fresh. Gregory came to do quote, and then to return and re-hang curtains. He was excellent throughout. Taking care to explain the service and handling my curtains as if they were precious and expensive items! Office also called to explain risks to the rings in curtains so I understood and could decide. A truly professional outfit and I would definitely recommend.
