Purchased my 12th Jaguar today from this dealership. The service from Edward and Luke has been exceptional as always. I’ve dealt with since 2002. Highly recommended.
Very positive so far, dropped my car off for some warranty work. Efficient hand over and good dialogue on the issues. Fingers crossed for a swift resolution.
Booked in to investigate a minor oil leak on my RR Sport. Was made to feel like dirt on arrival and received nothing but poor customer service over the following 2 days. Calls were never answered and despite messages being left, the service manager not once returned my calls. Finally got the vehicle back to find oil smudges all over my leather seats. £1056 to replace an oil seal! I will never go back there.
The health check and work carried out was great. I was however disappointed that I received a quote that was more than double advertised on the website. Once I mentioned this the online price was then honoured. Can't help but feel I would have been overcharged if I had not have checked the website first. I was then not offered an explanation to why this was. Just asked to pay and waved goodbye. It comes across that unless your in there to spend thousands of pounds, your not wanted.
Took my car for MOT ,can not fault the service,,having a very nice coffee while waiting in clean surroundings with comfortable seats and also the car had a complementary clean inside and out and a health check too, very competitive price.
This service centre does not even deserve 1 star. Unfortunately there is no option to select 0 stars. I booked my car in for brake fluid change and I was quoted a price of £66.44. When I got there I was advised the price that was quoted was wrong and now the price is £132.88. I then requested to speak to the service manager but the service manager was extremely rude. He spoke to me unprofessionally and said that he will do me a “favour” and charge me £66.44 since I was quoted that before. Unfortunately, I didn’t go ahead with the repair as the service manager was extremely rude and spoke to me unprofessionally in front of other customers. I then rang another Jaguar service centre in a different city in front of the service manger and they also quoted me £66.44. The manger then replied to me saying “we are not Jaguar, we are Stratstone”. I would recommend not to use this service centre purely due to lack of customer service and the way the staff talk to you. Very misleading and unhelpful!
Shout out to service centre, Tottle Rd. Nottingham. My Jag showed needing AdBlu so called in to ask about it. Car was took round to service garage filled up, returned promptly no charge. Great customer service.
