Free entry, set down away from the traffic, and carefully maintained, it’s a hot-spot in the summer heat, but otherwise a delight to spend a little time walking around. The river nearby adds a Danubian quality. There were horse and cart rides nearby, near the Abbey, if you want to get moving without moving.

Absolutely beautiful place to pass some quiet time in the sunshine and have views of the Weir. Especially lovely to see the floral tribute to Jane Austen.

Parade Gardens is a lovely green space right in the heart of Bath, perfect for relaxing on a sunny day. It’s a great spot to have a little picnic or just grab a drink and chill on the grass. Located near the river, the views are beautiful, and the atmosphere is peaceful. If the weather’s good, it’s one of the best places in the city to unwind and enjoy the outdoors.

I had an amazing time at Parade Gardens in Bath! The entry was completely free, and the views were absolutely stunning. The park is filled with an array of cool sculptures and statues that make the whole place even more interesting. The scenery around the gardens, coupled with the beautiful architecture of Bath, really takes your breath away. Plus, it’s incredibly clean with no litter in sight – perfect for a peaceful and relaxing visit. Highly recommend checking it out if you’re in the area!

There’s a ticket price of Β£2 per adult to get into the park. It’s a small very quite and relaxing area with beautiful flowers and plants, a cute pergola and nice views of the Pulteney Bridge, the river and cascading waterfall. You can borrow deck chairs. At the time of our visit, public toilets weren’t available and apparently you have to pay to use them. If you paid for the entrance to the park, then the toilets should be free. If it hadn’t been for this last detail, this would have been a 5-star review.

In all the years that I lived in Bath, I had never been into Parade Gardens. So on our latest visit to Bath, we did just that. You can pay a Β£2 donation, but if you are local to BANES or a student, then you can enter for free. Once in, you can take a leisurely stroll around, including down near the river, where you can take photos of the Pulteney Weir. I was surprised that there were still quite a lovely array of different flowers, for October. They have an onsite cafe, for drinks, cakes and ice cream. You can also sit on the deckchairs provided, for a breather. There are various ornamental statues within the open space. You can also see the pet cemetery. Worth a visit when going to Bath.

Beautiful park, well manicured and colourful. Odd that they charge Β£2 for it, unsure where the money goes. Got some nice views of the river and buildings. Toilets are 20p, again odd. Nice place to sit or relax

Costs Β£2 per adult to get into the park. Quiet, relaxing area with some pretty flowerbeds. Good view of the river and cascading waterfall.

Honestly… Β£2 fir the entry and 20p toilet sound funny and nothing more for such a small park with nothing special. Just a little park… I know the hustle is about the view… but still it’s just funny to charge Β£2 for that. Cheap but funny. Does not cost the time to visit… nothing bad about the park itself but I believe you can spend there 10-15 mins max and can see everything from the top. However, the staff working there are super friendly
