The lads here are incredibly professional. They will always advise you in your best interest, never rip you off and do an outstanding job every time. My whole family use these guys and will continue to do so, very trustworthy and reliable.
First time using this garage and I’ve got to say their customer service is brilliant I recently took my car in for an MOT with it being an old car had a few issues. Which they fitted me in for the repairs as soon as they could. I was constantly kept updated via calls to let me know how things were going and the time scale. Everything was explained to me in simple terms because I don’t really understand cars. I would 100% recommend and I will be using them in the future. Gareth was the first person that I contacted via email and he got back to me very quickly. Thank you!
After a low coolant sign kept reappearing after being filled up, I shopped around for diagnostic pricing and decided to give Wilford Garage, my new local a try. Gareth and Adam were extremely efficient in finding the leak, relaying the findings to me in a way that I understood and the price (upon comparison) was competitive and fair for the make of my car. They carried out the work the same day and my car was ready to pick up straight from work (super handy they close at 6)! They talked me through the process at each point and even showed me the part that had been replaced, which was reassuring. You can see they take pride in their work which was made clear when they asked me to pop back in 48 hours to just check everything over. Popped back this morning and they even kindly topped my tyres up !
I had an absolutely amazing experience with the team. I encountered issues with my tyre and battery, and they managed to fix everything in just one day. I also mentioned problems with my exhaust, and they ordered and fitted a new part on the same day. They made me feel at ease and significantly reduced my anxiety. They kept me updated throughout the process which was extremely helpful. This team is incredibly quick, helpful, and truly outstanding.
Pre booked my Motorbike MoT, the bike was taken on time and I waited with a delicious complimentary coffee in the very comfortable reception/cafe - 30 minutes later I'm on my way again - finest waiting area of a garage I've ever been to, not to mention the quick, friendly and efficient service - Thanks - a genuine pleasure!
Took car to this garage with an engine fault, was told it would be 2 days to look at it. Was told they couldn’t find anything wrong with the car and charged for diagnostics. Fair enough. Took car on a test drive and the fault reoccurred. Went back and was charged again to “clear the engine fault light” that’s right folks, not to fix the problem but to turn off the light indicating there is a problem. Had to take the car to a Kia garage to get fixed. Speechless. Absolute cowboys steer well clear.
I am new to the area and try to find a garage nearby. This one is just awful. Staff are not friendly, just keep saying they are busy all the time while you see them chatting and smoking at the place. Probably after my review, someone may say “I am sorry that you feel in this way”. And they just don’t feel sorry at all. Just try to tell others to ignore, however if you do wanna try, just try it and you will know what I am saying. And yes, now you see your care about the review more than a customer. Your staffs should know the consequence that a review will come up when they treat customers in their “way”. You probably know who is smoker and you can keep saying this is a fake review. Who cares? About the reply from you, you never ask what is happen to me and what kind of service I am looking for, you just keep saying maybe that is fake, or I ask to make things done immediately. It just shows that you don’t care people at all. It is not your problems but just other people’s fault. Speechless!
Car MOT. Used this garage for the first time, they was highly recommended when I asked on social media where to go in the area. Very friendly service, the reception area was very clean and tidy. Quick with doing the MOT and sorting out my bulbs that needed replacing for me. Will definitely be going back for a service in a few months. Thank you Wilford lane.
They advised me to replace brake pads. I refused and 7000 miles later they are fine. Had the car fixed here and a month later there was another problem, coincidence ? i do not know but I would not use them again, they will squeeze as much money out of you as they can, do not trust this garage at all
