Didn't know what to expect. Room was pleasant, reception staff were really friendly. No onsite restaurant. Got a £10 food voucher for breakfast. Evening meal was taken in the service station food court adjoining the hotel. Not sure if I would stay again as noting to do once checked in.

Stayed here for 2 nights, and would avoid again. Rooms were old, outdated, and smelled of old smoke and must. Heater was broken in the room. Walls are very thin, so I could hear my neighbors. For the price I paid, this 100% did not live up to the standard. Reception was never on duty. Luckily they were there for check in (and she was super nice), but the desk was closed any other time I walked by over the 2 days. I had to leave my key with house keeping to check out. The hotel is attached to a service station, which has a McDonald’s, Costa, and other shops, which is handy if you need any toiletries or food. There’s no proper restaurant or bar on site. If you just need a place to rest your head for the night, it will do the job. If you have a family or longer stay, go elsewhere.

Staff members where all very friendly and made the stay feel very welcoming. Great discounts available at the service station and parking facilities are free with car registration. Was informed of exit route with intercom at a different exit so that the stay didn't incure any extra charges with the stay being on the Toll Road Motorway. Room was pretty basic not having an iron or board, and no little extras of biscuits for the morning. Other than that, room was very clean, bed was comfortable with extra pillows available and had all the basic needs of a stay.

Staff exceptionally helpful and friendly. Thank you all for making our stay so pleasant. Room was very comfortable but in need of decoration & upgrade. Would have liked a walk-in shower. A perfect stop for us to break our journey.

Hotel service is shocking stood waiting nearly 30mins just to check in. Rooms are ok. Considering it's a non smoking hotel in stank of cigarettes.

Stayed a night visiting relatives in the area. Staff (Jack) was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and functional although no fridge in the room. On-site truck stop facilities and eateries were a great convenience but no on-site bar.

Superb staff, extremely comfortable room which has been recently updated in bright, cheerful colours and has modern art work. A really positive experience to stay here. The hotel is connected to the food court area of the services, so you don't have to go outside to get there. Brilliant.

Cheap and functional, the 'Ryanair' of hotels. Comfortable beds, friendly but very few staff, short, slim baths unsuitable for larger people. The breakfast is finding food in the motorway services. The hotel IS accessible without paying the M6 toll, but will take careful GPS use to do so. Needs money spent on it for repairs/updating, but suits the 'no frills' traveller.
