This is truly a beautiful place in Portishead. Lovely open green space where to do lots of activities, a Marine Lake with Swans surrounded by beautiful trees and green, a nice playground+ gym equipment and lovely cafes, right by the relaxing seaside promenade taking you to the public swimming pool. Loads of space to park all around, plus an actual (free!) Parking, shaded by trees, open all day long. Lovely

What a lovely place! It's good to work out, go for a walk, picnic, stroll around... Playground available. Lots of parking! Cafe / restaurant next door. If you are in the area and need a short/ long break, give it a try. Loved it!!

A really lovely family place to visit, maybe walk the dog, have a picnic, watch the boats come in and out, play in the park, dust off your skates and have a skate on the new ramps, walk up to the lighthouse, feed the ducks, row on the rowing boats on the lake, enjoy the children's rides, sit and have a coffee in the lake side cafe or even a swim in the open air pool in the summer. So much to do and all whilst looking at the beautiful scenery the grounds have to offer.

This area is a beautiful spot to relax with the family. There's also a car park, a cafe and restrooms to use for a small fee. Built around an artificial lake and running alongside the esplanade, this is the town's main recreation ground and conservation area. Plenty of room for exploration, picnicking and traditional park games, so pack up a few bats, balls, frisbees kites and whatever else floats your boat to bring along!

Nice walk with the dog, and good to see they are doing maintenance on the lake sides. The cafe need to improve the coffee, good coffee is the thing now.

Nice place to come for few hours. Excellent views across the river estuary. Never seen the water in the lake so low, unfortunately this shows up the need to drain the water from the lake and give it a good clean.

Beautiful lake. People come in here to see the nature, and wildlife. People come here to chill out, and pilot remote controlled boats in the lake as well. Worth a visit indeed however, do not pay for the boats, as far as they are dramatically expensive.

The perfect place to stretch your legs and get some fresh air. The children liked the animals, a great location for families
