The bluebells are beautiful. Loads of wild garlic too. The path we took had quite alot of fallen branches and trees which we had to climb over. Well worth it for the violet carpet of flowers but you do need to be average fitness to see the best bits
Lovely walk. The place is huge, it took us around 2 hours to comfortably walk around. It is in a rural place, not many houses and roads around (other than the M5) so you cannot hear any noise if you're on the far side of the forest. The whole thing smells of onions from all the ramsons (wild garlic I assume), that are lining the dirt path. There is even a river flowing along the edge of the forest that you can walk up. Very muddy walk, also no doesn't have a parking lot so you'll have to find a space by the houses. No tables the benches at all.
beautiful walk especially if you go in April/may when the bluebells are blossoming . Dogs love it and so do the kids with lots of little dens just off the track that enables you to stop and let the kids play in before they get there energy back and carry on the journey up the track! at the end of the walk there is a lovely pub called The Priory. its does take a long time if you want to get to the top and back round to the bottom and can get lost if your not careful.
Went to priors woods with a public transport where we got off at station road on the bus. It took us about 15 minutes to the starting point of the woods. Initially you can still hear the traffic but as you go in further you will be in the wonderland of blue bells! We went there when it was rainy so definitely needs a hiking shoes that are rain proof. The blue bells were absolutely beautiful!!! Highly recommend to see them :) Some of the paths are less labelled so having more signs could be helpful. There was a big tree that seemed to have felled recently on the road so we could not have done the whole path but other than this great walk :)! Highly recommend :)

Absolutely stunning with a beautiful carpet of bluebells! Blessed with seeing deer, woodpeckers, sweet baby ducklings, squirrels and buzzards!
Great walk to see bluebells. Not very much parking, we got there early on Easter Monday and when we returned to the car at 9.30 things were very busy!
