Just been on the phone to these to order parts as we did before and there was no issues at all. Apparently their company policy has changed and they can't serve you like this any more even though we had an invoice a they delivered the parts to us too. Both woman and man we're extremely rude do not use this company give them a swerve.

Part supply very good, if it's not in stock it arrives next day. Unfortunately the parts warranties are not worth the paper they're written on. If you have a (rare) part failure (like a cambelt tensioner) you get sent to Murray VW or Audi Plympton for remedy; neither ever accept part failure (personal experience here) and simply don't do warranty work. The dealerships-not TPS-are very dishonest-and I'm not the only one to find this. Therefore, I only buy parts from TPS that I can't see having any comeback on.
