   Called in to collect an order - The parts were ordered online at the weekend and the email communication from GSF stated "Your order will be ready for collection from 10am Tuesday" I visited Tuesday mid afternoon to find the oil filter hadn't arrived/was out of stock, but a different one was (in stock) for double the price. After asking to check compatibility I find out the clutch kit wasn't suitable - despite their website saying it was, but they had a different one (in Exeter) they could provide the next day that was £90 more expensive.... The timing chain kit brought out from the back apparently wasn't labelled and after some checking that also wasn't compatible though they had another that was at another store they could get for me in an hour.... All in all despite the staff members best efforts it was an absolute disaster and if that's how the place is run I am amazed they're still open.

   Where the price may be good for click and collect, the customer service is shocking. I was waiting for 20 minutes to be served and I was the only person in the shop. There were 3 guys in the room behind who were made aware I was there. 1 was answering calls, not sure about another but the 3rd was scrolling through his mobile phone. As soon as another guy came in, who was in the trade, he got served before me. I felt like I was invisible and my custom didn't matter. I certainly wouldn't recommend going to the Plymouth North store for anything. I definitely won't be going back

   What a joke of a company! Made an online order and after payment was taken i was informed they couldn't deliver to my address.... even for collection!? They took my money (£80) phoned 30 times but wouldn't connect to customer services because they were 'too busy' and made me wait 5 days to get a refund! You should be ashamed! DONT USE THIS PATHETIC COMPANY!... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! I have stopped 15 people (so far) from ever buying from them!.. this will only increase i promise!
