   My stylist Marie was wonderful. I was struggling to manage waist length hair and went in with no idea what I wanted, apart from something easy to look after. I felt really listened to and understood, and was delighted to be told it would curl if it was shorter. I have a lovely cut which makes my thin hair look so much fuller, and I'm looking forward to styling it. I also got great advice on how to dry and manage it to get the best effect for the least work. Absolutely delighted

   This was my very first appointment at Henfrey's - and I definitely wasn't disappointed, it was a fantastic experience. I was somewhat nervous after being with my previous hairdresser for many years, however, Marie immediately put me at ease and advised what type of hairstyle would suit me. She knows what she's talking about! I'm so pleased with my new hairstyle and have booked another appointment for the New Year. You now have a repeat customer - thank you so much!

   I had a Groupon voucher. My hair was cut by Brooke. Happy with the results. But she cut some of my hair to test it for colour change. She took my details. She never got back to me, been over 2 weeks. Called the manager to explain, think her name is Charlotte. She also took my details. Never got back to me. Not happy with the after service received. Probably from this review, maybe they will have the decency to actually get back to me.

   I had my hair cut by Marie today, i absolutely love my hair cut, I got exactly what I wanted, Marie was lovely and very knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be back. It seemed to go by so quickly even though I was here for an hour and 30mins! I’ve curly hair but wear it straight and Marie knew exactly how to cut and style my hair. Definitely curly girl approved! Thank you so much.

   AWFUL. I went in for just a simple cut + blowdry. I showed 2 pictures of what I wanted, clearly explaining short at the back and long in the front, going beneath my chin. HAIRDRESSER COULD NOT CARE LESS, no questions asked, just started chatting about anything but my hair and what I actually wanted. I ended up with a very short bob, my longest hair is in the middle of my face, cant even put it behind my ears, and that is when I straighten it, when it starts curling it is even worse. NO SKILL AT BLOWDRYING - hairdresser barely used the hairdryer and then basically just used a straightening iron without asking if I was fine with it (I NEVER USE IRON ON MY HAIR). NERVER AGAIN!! Also can't believe they dont even put their prices on their website, that is the first thing I had to ask when arriving.

   I have been a client of Charlotte’s for 18 years, I have very naughty curly hair that not everyone can style. I came to Charlotte after a total colour disaster elsewhere, she fixed it and has looked after me ever since. My three daughters (24, 15, 13) all go to Georgia for balayage and trims, again she is brilliant. Everyone is lovely and friendly. This salon is beautiful, spotless, and so welcoming. Highly recommend to anyone, including for children’s cuts and wedding hair etc.
