Booked coach holiday with day trips included, only be told last minute once I had paid full cost, all day trips were cancelled due to coach not being full. No option of cancelling holiday. Then once on holiday, was also informed by other travellers, that they had to pay extra Β£10 for their pick up points, despite originally being in the booking price. Even once I got home, and made formal complaint to Interchoice Company, no reply which I found very unprofessional. Wouldn't travel with them again. Other passengers also felt the same and were charged extra from Walsall. I wasn't offered any alternative holiday.

The company tell a lot of lies. They sent out a lovely offer to go to LLandudno h/b. 2 day trips picking up from Walsall. So telling friends 5 of us booked. About a month down the line we all received a letter to say they had cancelled our trips. Then about 3 weeks before departure was told the coach doesnβt pick up at walsall now so we had all been told we had to pay an extra 10. The coach driver wasnβt happy about the trips because he was looking forward to doing them. Think trading standards need to get involved in this company because they donβt give what they advertise for. Needless to say I wonβt be going on any of their holidays again. What looked like a good bargain, which they hid turned out to be nothing like expected

We were picked up in Sedgley at 8.40.a.m. for our coach trip to Babbacombe, South Devon. We then picked up at West Bromwich, Wednesbury, the Bull Ring in central Birmingham, then Yardley, Hall Green and Maypole, all suburbs of Birmingham. It was after 11.a.m. before we were on our way to Strensham services, by which time we were all desperate for the toilet. There is one on board, but it is tricky to negotiate the steps if you have a mobility problem. Our driver had done 4 hoursβ driving by the time we got out of the Birmingham suburbs. The lady driver was excellent, she had a 2K travel coach and she was employed by them, not Inter-choice. However, it was Interchoice who gave her this ridiculous pick-up itinerary. Fortunately the Hotel was great, weβve stayed many times before, we will not go with interchoice again without knowing what the pick-up points are going to be.

Although hotel accommodation can sometimes be challenging, but the coach drivers are always pleasant, helpful and their driving is safe. The Association cherish the long-standing working relationship with Interchoice and look forward to many years of happy holidays with them.

Will not refund my money as they cancelled our Holliday due to not enough people to fill the coach tried several times phone e mailed the accountant no response still waiting after nearly 6 weeks for my refund not very happy with them at all

Booked an holiday for a group of eight.Asked about Daish's in Eastbourne but when I told Janine about two of our group with disabilities she advised us to go to the Afton Hotel instead.One of our group was reading about the hotel and alarm bells started ringing when he started to read about the lack of disabled facilities at this hotel.Contacted Interchoice and a young lady called Amy got involved .She didn't understand why Janine put us in the Afton.When Amy tried to get us into Daish's we were too late to get single rooms.Two of our party had to drop out and then another two couldn't make the new date.Now we are a group of four.My advice is to insist on speaking to Amy.Gave them three stars for their prices.Would use them again but only if I can deal with Amy.

Traveled 21st June from Kent to Lytham took from 9 till 5 with an hour stop. Coach had no sun screen that was a black plastic bag stuck to the screen for the driver, no water and no aircon as the coach run out of gas. Want someone yo contact me to make a conplaimt and had no relly. Would not reconmend.

Had a wonderful holiday in Eastbourne at the Alexandra hotel. Lovely room with sea view, staff very friendly and couldn't be more helpful. Entertainment and trips very good. Only drawback was the lack of air con on the coach and the temperature 30 degrees plus.
