“Through work, I stayed at Kingswinford for 3 months. Rooms were great, I stayed in quite a few rooms. Staff were attentitive, friendly and on the ball !! It was almost home from home ! To the managers and staff, I would just like to say a huge thanks, over the last 3 months, been away from family ,having great service and good food, clean rooms, and a great atmosphere, made the stay very nice and welcoming. To the Staff, a massive thanks. I will be staying there again, when passing by. Many thanks !! Regatds !!”

“I stayed here on the 17th of December and found the hotel not too bad. The gent on reception was polite and welcoming and I couldn't of ask for more for the price payed. People have to understand that these hotels lost a lot of support during the pandemic with ten of thousands of pounds lost. I have stayed in alot worse than this hotel and would return.
