I got my hair dyed at this salon today and had an amazing experience! The consultation was thorough, and Nicola did an incredible job with my hair. She was professional, kind, and really attentive to what I wanted. The results turned out beautiful—better than I imagined. Truly one of my best salon experiences. Highly recommend!
I’ve been to Lena three times now, and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. She always does an amazing job! I started with dark hair and wanted to go lighter, and she’s been taking me there step by step — carefully, without ever damaging my hair. It always looks so healthy after every appointment. Lena always explains what she’s doing and why, which I really appreciate. Her attitude toward clients is the best — she’s attentive, patient, and always listens to what you want. I feel completely comfortable with her; I even fell asleep in the chair once while she was working her magic! On top of that, she’s such an amazing human being — such a kind, genuine soul. You can really feel how much she cares about her clients. If you’re looking for someone who truly loves what she does and puts her heart into it, Lena is the one.
I booked an appointment at Rush Hair for pin curls, but unfortunately, the whole experience was extremely disappointing. Despite making it clear several times (once before the appointment and twice during) that I wanted the pins left in, the stylist ignored my request, nearly removed them, and then charged me extra for clips. The service itself was poor — my hair was messy, sections were missed, and the stylist showed little communication or engagement. I even had to pay another salon to have my hair re-done the same day for an important event. When I raised my concerns, the manager was rude on the phone and took no accountability. I followed up by email with photos, but instead of acknowledging the poor standard of work, the salon dismissed my complaint and blamed “external factors.” They later offered a complimentary blow-dry, but after my experience I would never feel comfortable returning. I rarely leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to share this so others are aware. In my case, the service did not meet even basic professional standards, and the handling of my complaint left me feeling undervalued as a client. Update: I contacted the email address provided by Rush in their response on the 3rd of October but have not yet received a reply.

Don't usually do reviews but I have to say a big thanks to Blanca who has been my stylist the last two times I've been to the salon. She's really lovely and seems to always know exactly what I need when getting my hair cut. Always feel amazing after I leave my appointments!
Lena was amazing at making me feel at ease. I wanted to go for a big change and had a considerable amount cut off my length. I LOVE my new hair , and the colour is gorgeous too! Was a big risk a few weeks before my wedding but I am so pleased
