The lady was nice enough but my hair isn't cut properly i have long bits so i will need to pay somebody to correct it. For a very basic cut i paid £54.45 definately won't make the mistake of walking into supercuts ever again.
This company does not provide a service for disabled people. I am a wheelchair user and, despite agreeing to a long wait - I had been told it was better not to come back - I was ignored. I sat watching everyone without a disability receiving a welcome and a haircut. I was invisible. I haven’t been treated so badly in a very long time. It is soul destroying to be treated this way just because I am disabled. It’s not my fault, my life is hard and treatment like this just hurts.
I popped in today and I'm not normally the kind of person to do reviews but I had Oksana (spelling may be off) do my hair, which some people find difficult to cut as it's so thick and can frizz out of control, but she did an AMAZING job. I'm going to say the best haircut I've ever had...she took time to understand what I wanted and was professional and kind throughout. So, thanks! And would highly recommend! S
I have been coming here for years. All the hairstylists have been brilliant so far. I must mention Oksana’s name as she was absolutely fabulous with her skills and behaviour! Definitely recommend her!
I had two hair cuts from this salon few months ago. The first haircut I got from a sri lankan lady and did a amazing job and couldn’t ask for more. However for that very reason I went back to get another haircut and I said and showed what i want and this time my hair was done by a mid-old age lady she just took a one glance and agreed. To my surprise she just chopped my hair no layers no nothing and i asked from her and she said i did layers which is a joke. And the same day my friend got a haircut she had a very long all she did was chopped half of it. Please recruit people who has both talent and knowledge about the services they provide as that lady said she had lots of experiences and after all that experience she couldn’t do a simple layer
They have Some Great stylists and it's a pretty reasonable price list. Been going for a few years now. I am Always made to feel welcome .
I have been using 'Supercuts' for a while now and have had different stylists do my hair, they are all very professional and friendly. My hair always looks great when finished.
Haircut and blow dry was good. Price increase I wasn’t happy about wasn’t told about £4.50 more since my last visit!! Cost of a simple cut and blow dry at 34.50 I can’t justify.
Took my baby girl of 1.5 years in for her first hair cut. The hairdresser was amazing with her. The hairdresser was able to ensure she sat still and kept her occupied whilst she cut her fringe and tidied up the back of her hair.
