   First time at Exchange Barbers, absolutely brilliant! Always scary trying out a new place, but no need to have worried. Tim is clearly very experienced at his craft, talked through with me what l wanted, made helpful suggestions and then did exactly what we’d discussed. (scissor cut on top, no.4 back and sides). Tim was polite, chatty, humorous, and attentive. Great atmosphere and very reasonable price. Best of all, it’s knocked off years me (apparently!) so l shall be definitely be back!    I first came here on a whim after my usual barber let me down by cancelling my appointment last minute. I’ve been in for my haircuts every time since then and can’t fault the service. The guys are friendly and happy chatting, prices are very reasonable. Would definitely recommend

   The first time you get your hair cut at Exchange, the only thing you'll be able to think about is how good your hair looks - I've never had as many compliments after getting my lid cut, and every time I get a haircut here, somebody tells me it looks great. As you carry on coming to Exchange, you'll realise that your hair will ALWAYS be this good here. There's no dip in quality, all the barbers take pride in what they're doing, and you will have absolute faith in whoever is cutting your hair. You're leaving that place with a haircut to be proud of. In my opinion, the best and most important thing about Exchange is the familiarity and community - however often you get your hair cut, you will see familiar faces again and again. The quality of the barber's work, the personality of all the staff and the faith you can put into this place, knowing you will get the best fade you've ever had, is what keeps people coming again and again. Fathers bring their sons, locals recommend it to visiting friends, and I will never get my hair done anywhere else. Big props to Fin, Raj, Tim and all the other staff that are putting shifts in day in day out, to serve the people of Nottingham.

   Kindly saying, I entered today asking for a beard cut only, and ensured my mustache not to be tocuhed and indicating what i wanted exactly like the Photos I provided. While having my beard cut the guy almost shaved my mustache off, did nothing like the photo i wanted and description I asked of him, the beard line was way too low when i asked him to be as high as possible, No apology, no nothing, didnt even ask if i was happy or unhappy. Extremely unprofessional and extremely disappointed. It wouldve been way better if the barber communicated with me if he wasn't sure what to do rather than doing what he likes. Ended up paying 8£ for a beard cut I couldve done at home.

   Been going to Raj for nearly 3 years now and the consistency of his trims are 10/10 never had anything other than the freshest fade and sharpest line up. Had my hair cut in the VIP lounge and it was a really good experience with a tv down there and a ps4. The staff are friendly and the vibes there are incredible and unmatched. Hands down the best barber shop in nottingham Would recommend to any one to try them once and I guarantee you’ll be coming back again and again.
