Worst pharmacy with pharmacist Emma Patel very rude and unprofessional. Dealing with partients like avoiding them, lack of professionalism. They will make you wait for hours. Management needs to look after these issues.

Pharmacist was 25 minutes late for work. Chemist is suppose ro be open at 8:30. They couldn't open due to no Pharmacist on site. She strolls in 25 minutes late for work. The attitude is diabolical

Do not waste your time! I went in once to collect my medication, the first issue was 2 people were ahead of me in the queue, yet I still waited 45 minutes before I reached the front of the queue. I went in to collect medication. I previously went in and the medication was out stock, they told me it would be ordered and ready within 3 days and they would text me, 10 days later, I did not get a text so I assumed my medication would be ready by now, the medication was still not ready baring in mind they said 3 days and I gave them an extra 7 days. What a joke. Another time I went in to collect antibiotics after seeing the GP Face2Face. Went in at 12.00, they said it would be 10 minutes and if I am happy to wait, so I waited. 12.25 they had asked me to come back at 1.30 as they were going for lunch, why make me wait 25 minutes and then tell me to come back after you have had your lunch? All the staff behind the counter ever seem to do is chat about their personal life as we can hear the conversations loudly and clearly, it does not sound professional, this is why the delay is so long there as they do not seem to care about their patients waiting. The only good person there is Julie who is always friendly and polite, but on these occasions, she was not there.

Just changed my nominated pharmacy from this place after a few years of poor/slow service. Went this morning to collect prescription, doors locked. No signs saying why, and a lady already there knocked the window. A member of staff appeared, opened the door and explained they didn't have enough staff to open, and told us to come back at 2pm (I was here at 10:15). Whenever I have come to this place over last few years, there is always some issue or other. Systems down, long queue and wait time ect ect. This no staff thing is the final straw. If the company I work for didn't open because of lack of manpower, it would never open.

Went in to collect a prescription for my child , gave all of the information, pharmacist was really rude, apparently your not allowed to talk to other people that are with you ? Said the prescription wasn't there, I went to the surgery they said it was said over at 2 so I'm not sure what happend there? She told us to get out and for us to use another pharmacy all because I was talking to my niece? I was collecting antibiotics for my child and it was late for then to be told get out, other dispensers were actually good still spoke to us even though she told us to go out , I think the pharmacist needs customer service training maybe the dispensers could train her up , would never ever go into this pharmacy again.

Pharmacist suggested medication for sore throat but didnβt ask any questions which I thought was odd. When I got home I read the instructions slip inside and it said not to use if allergic to NSAID type of medicine. I returned it the next day and the and the pharmacist started arguing that itβs was ok for me to use and would not refund. I asked them to dispose of it and walked out. I wonβt be using this place any more for fear of ending up at A&E at best.

Friendly staff but completely defunct system. Poor communication between the Drs and the pharmacy, understocked, didn't provide 'return' slips when they didn't have all of medication, forget to order items repeatedly, don't answer the phone. Took 4 days to get 1 item after spending 2 hours on the phone and 3 trips to the pharmacy.

Staff never answer phone if it is not engaged my husband took in prescription for my father in law not ready until after he had passed away. Collected my own prescription which has wrong amount of tablets dispensed ( 28 instead of 56) Staff rude ignore customers whilst they chat and giggle amongst themselves

Lovely lovely staff, but you can never EVER get through on phone to pre order prescriptions to save waiting, as recommended by them with all their signage!!!...no one answers phone or it is taken off hook. You need to employ someone to be an admin person, to answer calls and emails aswell as manage the queue, I realise this is costly but you need to get on top of the situation. People who do manage to reorder still have to wait in queue which defeats object of calling in....

They are nice in store, but they have messages everywhere about calling ahead for prescriptions. That would be fair if their phone wasn't basically off the hook. They can be passive aggressive about it when you try and ask what time is best to call to avoid the busy tone.
