Star Barber Shop... Just made me look like a "Star". This place is at the turning road on Lenton Boulevard. I walked in and felt a calm ambience. Nice and lots of seating, television, a couple of plants near the door and 2 cages of love birds that keeps chirping all the time. It gives you a peaceful feeling that you are wandering in the woods. I hardly had any waiting time, I was well greeted and I told the staff what I wanted and I was groomed to perfection. I just loved the hair cut. He asked me how I wanted the cut to look, length and style etc. The friendly talk made me feel very comfortable. I had booked an appointment and learnt that they dont take appointments, its walk in only. They accept only cash. Great haircut, friendly staff and wasn't waiting too long considering first day of the lockdown was finished so happy overall.
Poor wait time (almost two hours), 1 barber, queue of 5 people, terrible atomosphere not a word from the barber throughout the cut, and as for the cut, pretty average but 2 pound more than advertised in the window because ‘the price is going up’ but selectively charging random people different things depending on what change they have. Not really acceptable
