   I asked for oval shaped nails, and even pointed out during the process that the shape didn’t look oval. The lady still insisted that what she did was “oval,” even though the nails are clearly almond — tapered and pointed, not rounded. It felt like she didn’t want to correct her mistake. On top of that, the color I wanted wasn’t available, so she mixed/added an extra coat to get something “close,” and then charged me extra for that without mentioning it beforehand. That’s just dishonest. Her attitude throughout the appointment was rude and dismissive. No effort to listen, no clarification, no willingness to fix anything. For the price they charge, the service and behaviour were unacceptable. I left with the wrong shape, an extra charge I didn’t agree to, and an overall bad experience. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

   If I could I’d give you 0 STARS!! this place made my fingers bleed. Didn’t ask if I was okay and said I was okay. When I really wasn’t. They started shaping my nails to coffin which I didn’t ask for. They just did my nails without asking what I wanted. And my nail paint is coming off!! They can’t even shape my nails properly..

   I went in for an infill appointment. The waiting time was OK despite having booked an appointment. I waited nine minutes before I was taken in but was OK though since they do walk-ins more often. I had 4 broken nails (they charge £2 extra for broken ones) and wanted a French manicure so with student discount and it cost me £27. The person who did my nails Tony/Cao was very nice, quick and did an amazing job. The rest of the staff were also very friendly and nice. The studio is very cosy and clean and the seating is comfortable.

   The best nail salon I have ever been to. Ever since moving to Notts they have been my ride or die, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They are so accommodating and friendly and always do amazing nails. They are quick but still manage to make the nails look amazing. The staff are so kind and lovely, they are such wonderful family and friends. It is a genuine pleasure to have my nails done there. I will never use another nail salon! I’d give them 1000 stars if I could.

   One of the best nail shops in Nottingham. Somehow they manage to do your nails to the highest standard but also really quickly? I had a soak off and a new full set in just over an hour! Magic!!! 100% would recommend.

   first time i have been here and loved it. i went for a walk in and came to me straight away, they were incredibly nice and sweet. i love my nails and look exactly like the photo i showed them for inspiration. will definitely come again!
