   I got a pedicure done recently they cut me on my foot by scrubbing too hard with a pumice stone and foot was bleeding badly at the time, I didn’t get an apology or compfort.. coming days my foot led to an infection which I had to seek emergency Doctors appointment! They’ve been so rude not caring about the damage they’ve caused I have taken this matter further! Be aware on where you go and get your manicure/pedicures!

   I got my acrylic nails taken off today and the woman finishing the service was terrible. The lady made my nails bleed, didn’t bother to add any clear polish (which a majority of nail salons do) and didn’t ask what length I wanted my original nails cut down to. The lady was really violent when filing my nails, which weren’t even filed correctly, and caused me pain. I am really unhappy with their service and would never go there again. The nail salon has a sign outside their store stating “10% off for all students” - when paying I showed my student card and was told that offer only applies to those getting acrylic nails, despite the sign (not any sign in the salon) not stating the “conditions.” Legally, I should’ve gotten 10% off. The lady seemed more interested in her phone than actually working. What a waste of time and my money!

   I had my nails done here today 02/05/19 and they look awful. When the lady firdt done the set they looked like I've had then on for a week and they had outgrown. Nail polish all over my fingers and the polish is jot even on neatly. I asked to do more closer to the cuticle which she did but now they look even worse than ever. She also did my daughters gel polish nails and also made a mess of this too looks like they are outgrown. I will never go back to this place. Terrible service Phoned them to complain spoke to the lady and all she said was that I was a picky customer. Very rude. I'm sure anyone who's paying money would be picky when it comes to their nails. So unprofessional!!

   Been having my nails done for about 7 years religiously and can honestly say these are the worst set I’ve ever had. Completely rushed, they look a ridiculous shape and not to mention the lady made me bleed with the file in 3 different places. I was fuming I couldn’t even say anything or I would’ve gone absolutely crazy and probably leaped over the desk.. They look disgusting, I feel to go back tomorrow and complaaaain!!!! I rang them for an appointment for 1745 they said that’s fine and I leave at 1910 with a horrible rushed set what a joke. First and last time I’ll get my nails done at Hollywood.

   NEVER GO HERE! I am very disappointed in how me and my friend were treated at this shop. We have been going quite a lot and have never been treated so badly. The nails were bad, chipped a couple days after, bent in half and snapped off. These are shellac nails which I pay more for so expect to last longer than just a day. If I knew they were going to chip I would have asked for normal paint which is a lot cheaper. When we went back they acted like it was our fault and took no responsibility and started shouting at us. However if you are to go here only get the manager to do your nails as the others are clearly incapable. not even 1 star.
