    My experinece with this salon really bad and dispointed.I visit salon to done full set acrlic for holiday. and i spent £38. It starts chip from 2nd day of done. Even not last one week. I was on holiday. I do want to spent my holiday with some chiped nail.i redone it. Spend my time my money. i cant pop back and fix.i contact with them 2nd day by whatsapp and explain everthing. They said when come back we will sorted. Again i come back after holiday. They said our nail gurntee is just for 48 hour. So i recommed dont go there for waste money and spoil your good time

    I wouldn’t leave any stars. Went on Monday for short square nails, very simple, a young guy with glasses did mine, English wasn’t very good there so they didn’t understand much! Whilst de bulking my nails he cut my cuticle and didn’t acknowledge it at all, didn’t apologise or stop, my nails already look grown out and shape is all wrong. I’ve attached a simple picture of the nails I wanted and left up for the guy to check, there not anything like I’ve asked.

    My nails never take more than an hour in this shop, always the exact shape and pattern I ask for and every set I've had from here stayed on till infill time.     They are so so over priced compared to other shops around and rude when trying to breakdown the reason for the price. Nails always chip after 3 days, will never be going back after several bad experiences!!

    Price list advertised £10 for a manicure. Staff member made up the price of £13 on the spot and then proceeded to speak in Vietnamese about it. Funny thing is I know the language. You may think I’m the fool but for the sake of £3, enjoy your 1* review. I was respectful throughout so I have no idea why you couldn’t return it. I am not coming back either. Thanks.

    absolutely you shocking first and last time going there, they changed their prices, and told me and my friend we should pay 35 pound for gel even though we didn’t want gel, they were rude and rough with how they did my nails, my nails look big, chunky and they are all different sizes to each other i asked for coffin and they look nothing like it i do not recommend at all
