   Purchased a snowboard online, but it turns out their online stock didn't match their actual stock. Email from Boardwise the same day advising of the issue and processing cancellation, but frustrating to waste time based on inaccurate website.

   Boardwise Cannock I have used Boardwise at Cannock for a few years now and can highly recommend them. All the staff are super knowledgeable about windsurfing and kit, if you chat to them they will give you invaluable advice and sometimes even tell you if a product may not be right for you and to save your money !!. When you do purchase you are always getting value for money without being ripped off. Recently (after many catapults) I took my board in to see if they could repair the damaged nose, the staff were really friendly and offered advice on how I could stop the dreaded catapults as well as repairing the board to a very high standard in less time than they originally quoted at a very fair and reasonable price. Boardwise will continue to be my “go to” shop for all things windsurfing, I’m sure they’re just as good for wind foiling, snowboarding and other products they sell.    I purchased windsurfing kit online and being inexperienced I ordered some gear that was not compatible and had it just been sent I would not have been able to use it. I received a call after placing my order and it was explained not all the kit would work together, after a conversation regarding my experience, I am fairly new to it, and what I needed they put a kit together that is compatible and fits my needs without any change to the overall costs. Really excellent service and will buy from Bordwise in the future!

   Boardwise Review: I recently visited Boardwise to purchase a snowboard, boots, and bindings, and I had an absolutely fantastic experience. My friend highly recommended Doug for his knowledge and expertise, and he certainly lived up to the hype! As a relative beginner (I'd only snowboarded once before on rented equipment), I needed some guidance on choosing the right gear, particularly with upgrading to clip-in or step-in bindings. Doug was incredibly patient and helpful, taking the time to understand my needs and preferences without any pressure. It genuinely felt like his priority was to ensure I got the perfect setup for me. Doug's expertise was evident in the kit he recommended. After trying it out at the Snowdome for two days, I can confidently say that it has transformed my snowboarding experience. The difference is night and day compared to my previous rental gear, making boarding so much more enjoyable. In addition to the snowboard setup, I also purchased a jacket for myself and my daughter. The prices were very competitive, and the kit was all current season with no outdated gear in sight. Doug's no-nonsense approach was refreshing and instilled confidence in my purchases. Overall, I cannot recommend Boardwise and Doug highly enough. The excellent service, expert advice, and great prices make it a top destination for snowboarders of all levels. I will definitely be back for any future needs and will be checking out their online store as well.

   Great selection of products from a wide range of brands. Everything is out on the shop floor for you to look at, touch, or try on. It's a busy shop with lots of people coming and going, but the service was still great. Parking isn't easy, I found parking on the road outside to be the best option if available. It's not the easiest place to get to if you are from out of town. Will shop here again and am more likely to buy online now that I've visited in person and can see the quality.

   Really pleased and would highly recommend!! I made a potentially risky purchase of an ex-display snowboard remotely. The guys in the shop sent me photos of the board and discussed the condition of it on the phone. They were very patient and helpful when dealing with my concerns. The board arrived the day after purchase, superbly well-packed and in exactly the condition described. Definitely look at these guys if you're after a snowboard or other other snowboard equipment.
