   Would not recommend these people to anyone, facia board was ordered on our behalf. When it arrived correct colour but however was gloss not Matt, also it was scratched and had a crack at one end. When our builder spoke with them, he was told that gloss was ordered which was not the case. He also advised them of the damage and scratches and told them that his customer (us) were not satisfied and requested a refund.He was then informed that this was a special order and could not be refunded, which frankly is total rubbish. We had to have the board re sprayed at our expense on top of the original payment. So was a very expensive lesson in not using this company.

   If I could post 0 I would for whats happened today.... waited a week for it to turn up as no deliveries out this way...then gets delivered and it's the wrong stuff ... then told I have to wait another week till its swapped but befor le theu swap it i have to pay another 200 out my pocket upfront to have the new stuff dropped off. Then wait again for it to be recredited once they have the old stuff and it's all checked ... absolute joke!! Do not recommend!
