Great stocks, great prices and friendly. Downside is they never answer the phones on Saturdays and there is a lot of waiting about on the trade counter as have to que to tell them what you need then off to the yard to load/collect and again have to queue all over again. Have waited over ten mins many times.
5.4m lengths of MDF skirting - product and cost are GOOD! Delivery NOT so good: Increasingly frustrated by companies that have a delivery policy of "the driver will assist the customer in offloading". If paying for a product that is delivered, I expect 'delivery to the front door'. I don't expect to climb on a lorry at my own risk and inconvenience.
