I dropped into this jewsons the other day because it was on route to my job, and I needed a few bags of sharp sand. The first thing I noticed was there was not a lot of space in there yard, this is always a consideration for me because I tow a plant trailer and need additional space. There were no lads in the yard to help load me up, so I ended up doing it myself. Thankfully, I didn't need a ticket to give to the guys at the counter. After I paid and wanted to leave, I had to wait ten minutes because I was being blocked in by a bin lorry. If I can help it I will avoid this jewsons in the future.
Amazing service received today! A fence panel of ours blew down over night so we needed a replacement pretty quickly. Within 20 minutes of putting the phone down to the branch they were at the house with a replacement panel and they even helped me install it. Super service!!!!
Awful customer service from the nottingham branch. some fat grumpy man in his 50s being rude. Moaning because he needed to use a forklift truck to get something down. If u don't like ur job dont take it out on others.
Hired a rotavator for non-trade use, process was easy thanks to the help of Lee. He kept me up to date on when it was coming in and what was needed, gave a demonstration on how to use it and was very helpful. Would definitely recommend for non-trade customers.
Unfriendly, smelly tramps that work there. They don't have a clue about building products or their uses. Way too expensive if you want quality and value for your money down the road is Travis perkins.
I was served by someone named Tony. He was very helpful, polite and informative. Anything that happened he let me know and everything was on time, also great value! Will definitely be coming back, 10/10 service 10/10 delivery+time 10/10 business. What more can i say?
