My favourite shop whenever I need anything for the house. They seem to have more self serve check outs now. Stock levels also seem to be bit low. Always the case when I want something specific the shelf is bare. Looks like still struggling for stock.
Two ladies at this branch called Karen and Lisa were really helpful today. I was really stressed about a click n collect order and getting a refund. They were so patient, helpful and went above and beyond. Hopefully their Management see this reveiw as they are an asset to Wilkinsons. I'll be traveling further to this store rather than a closer one from now on....... If you two ladies read this, Thank you very much, it was much appreciated. Kind regards James

Each Wilko store consistently with lower prices compared to other stores. Great variety of goods on sale - something for everyone
Staff are lovely and do well with the amount of customers with minimal staff. It does seem to struggle stocking up “The Basics” again, are Wilkos struggling to get supplies as this seems the norm for a few of the stores?!
Popped in for a couple of things, left with a lot more, sale items well priced and they had other bits I couldn't live without. Produce well laid out, not too long a wait at the tills, a very pleasant experience as usual.
Massive range of goods at great prices. Extremely helpful staff who are always willing to advise and help out. I was in there today and I clearly couldn't find what I was looking for and a young woman restocking to shelves came over to took me directly to what I was after.. And I hadn't even asked. Brilliant service with a smile.
Wilko has been one of the shops I love, as a single parent carer with pets running a house and garden. Ironically in the last year had to have a few deliveries instead of in store, miss seeing all the things so it's becoming a rare treat to stock up on things I need. Friendly staff, easy to get round and bigger than the small store in Nottingham city centre.
Very handy local shop if you need some last minute DIY bits, I find the loose screw section good value but is quite rarely full. Staff are efficient and generally happy to help with any requests. Now has self service checkouts fitted.
