   I was served by Marie at Wickes Bullwell and she was extremely rude. She never smiled, didn’t say please or thank you, and looked absolutely miserable the whole time. I left feeling awful after being served — it really put me off coming back.

   This particular branch are better than most and it's all down to the staff. They're experts, they know what they're talking about, and if they don't know, they'll tell you and find someone who does. Parking can be a bit difficult at busy times, just be aware

   This relates to a bathroom provided and installed by Wickes. Wickes designed and installed our new bathroom suite. Couldn't have worked with a better company. It was the first experience we had with a bathroom suite as we were renovating a newly bought house. Used another company for a kitchen which wasn't a great experience and that made us nervous. Overall quality of the suite was good and was worth the money spent. It was installed by Wickes' fitter Matt, who was friendly and approachable and nothing was too much trouble for him. Furthermore he did a great job and was good at his trade. In store, we found the bathroom design team to again, be friendly and helpful, especially Ann. The manager, Kent, was also willing to help us and offer advice. In my view, there's three things that go towards a good deal - one is obviously cost, and the bathroom suite didn't break the bank. Another is material quality, which was all good. Third is the staff, who were helpful and friendly. Would certainly buy from Wickes again.

   Went to return an item, woman on the checkout was very rude about me using a photocopy original. Stating I could have grabbed anyone out of the bin and asked for a refund?! Yes, with the same last four digits as my card??? Definition of jobsworths, also had the cheek to comment about me when I queued up again to purchase some other bits.

   In 1-day I used all three shops, because I had a child I parked on the line allowing me to get my pushchair up the side of the car at this site there is no child parking giving you extra room to be able to get the push chair where it needs to be!! 3 months later I got a £170!!! I spoke to Morrisons and I was told they also fine you if you drive through that area to get to Morrisons, if you stay at Morrisons for over an hour and then leaving back through the KFC entrance they will give you a fine for overstaying your welcome ££££££

   Bought some fast set slab gap filler only to find one bag in the tub had been exposed to the air and set solid in the bag. Exchanged but an extra trip and more £1.72'a litre fuel. Next time I'll open the tub,please check products before leaving the shop.
