   As with most stores very few checkouts so have to queue, selfscan operations there but don't want to use them I like personal service

   Large store so lots of stuff you might not normally find. Helpful staff and great vehicle access. Open late in the week so you can go after work. Plenty of other shops/restaurants around to really make a day of it if that's your thing too.

   Shopped twice at this store in the last 2 weeks. Very poorly stocked, lots of empty spaces on shelves. No dog biscuits, poo bags, no shower squidgy and limited batteries. Only item they had was a sponge. Not worth joining a queue of 20 people when one till open. Is this store closing? Poor compared to other stores that do have this stock (Bulwell and Kimberly)

   Today was a great experience, I asked Helen for assistance and she was amazing, checked to see if the product was in stock (only one on the shelf, needed two), confirmed that they had more in the store room. She asked me to give her a moment to fetch it for me. It wasn't long before she returned with my item, but the queue had suddenly grown, but to my surprise she processed my purchase there and then. I thanked her for the excellent and friendly service, to which she replied with a smile, I am only doing my job. Helen is a credit to the store, excellent, friendly service with a smile, what more can you ask for. Thank you Helen.

   Wonderful store, at reasonable prices. They seem to have better offers then most home stored shops. Its also a good place to shop if you going to Uni or if you moving out for the first time. When I moved out for the first time, bought alot of stuff here as it was cheaper than most other shops. Staff are great, never had any issues here.

   Lovely shop, bright, spacious, plenty of room, well set out. I bought some bulbs ready to plant for spring next year...reasonable price and good bulbs. It would have been 5 stars, but the check out staff, while very pleasant, were distracted by conversations they were having between colleagues, it was not just the person serving me...he was focused until another staff member distracted him. Loved the store, staff good but maybe they should focus on the job, it would give them more time to focus on the customer and make it a more pleasant and less hasty, confusing transaction.
