   Visited your Strelley store approx 8.30 am Wed 15th Oct to try and grab a litre bottle of J.D .The lady I asked for help was more than helpful. Checked the back, very polite and even went with me to customer services to get me the correct advice.Lady on CS was also more than helpful with her advice about click and collect. I know her name was Jo but didn't get name of first colleague but I'm sure Jo will know !!.

   Strelley Asda delivers on range and convenience, but the management practices can be downright infuriating. Shelves get rearranged so often it feels like a tactical maze—walk in for one item, end up doing two laps just to locate it. And when you finally get there, the shelf’s often empty. Everything else is stocked, just not the one thing you came for. On one visit, a big manager in a suit kept eyeballing me as I moved through the aisles—unsettling and unnecessary. That said, the shelf stackers are consistently helpful and friendly, and the security staff have always been solid. No issues, just quiet professionalism. It’s a contradiction-rich terrain: great staff on the ground, chaotic decisions from above. If they’d stop playing musical chairs with the layout, it’d be a much smoother experience.

   I normally do my shopping Friday morning about 9. 00sometimes I've finished for 9.30am don't like using the self check out but this morning 26. 9 25 only 1 check out open so the queue was long so reluctantly another staff member opened another till this happens most weeks the good side that they was a staff member called Lisa she was very helpful as as been on more than 1 occasion so could you please send her a thank you for helping me

   Security rudely came up to my car and criticised where I had parked (not in a parking space) then continued to ask me questions making sarcastic comments after I’d answered. All while what seemed like the security’s friend or someone he knew and spoke to after confronting me was parked in a disabled bay without a badge and then went on to hold the cars up trying to exit the car park as he stopped in the middle of the road yelling vile abuse at me! DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE AS A LONE FEMALE IN THE EVENING/NIGHT! The security ( shown in the picture ) was extremely confrontational and intimidating, this situation and the way it was dealt with made me feel extremely vulnerable and targeted! Appalling to think someone within the role of security who’s job it is to protect could make you feel so unsafe & unprotected. I’ve never had a problem here before so it’s a huge shame to be writing this as all the staff on the tills seem so kind and hardworking. The way I’ve been treated tonight by both security and his possible friend will be the reason why sadly this shop will no longer be my trusted local. Avoid this shop. You will leave feeling seriously targeted, intimidated & utterly disappointed. I’d also avoid if you are disabled and require the use of the disabled parking bays. Anyone and everyone who clearly don’t have badges or a right to be there selfishly take all those up & security are too busy confronting and intimidating people who aren’t in any parking spaces instead of focusing on those selfish individuals taking up the disabled bays and blocking the exit to shout abuse at other customers. Stay clear from this place.

   Excellent store, quite spacious. Great selection of products. Mark it down as the toilets are always dirty or out of order when I visit, plus there is no menswear in their clothing range. Checkout team friendly and helpful.

   I came in strelley Asda today I asked the shop floor assistant to help me to see if there was any more brown cobs she went out of her way to get me a pack and then I ask a young lad if the had any brown Warbuton with no sugar he said no we do have any but then I seen this young assistant lady who help me earlier l asked her and she went out her way again to help I would like to say a massive thanks to this young lady you know who you are happy new year my lovely keep doing what you doing you doing amazing job xx

   Never have a manned checkout open in the evening. Totally disgusting we dont want to be photographed every time we make a purchase its part of the great reset and the social credit score china are suffering under at the moment.there should be at least one manned till available at all times. Shouldn't have to ask for one to be opened. Staff roll there eyes and say they will put it through the self checkout which takes me to the point i and many others don't want to be photographed when paying for items

   Went Sunday 09/10/22 &I will NEVER go again , miserable staff, couldn't get half the items I wanted, struggled getting items due to being disabled, asked if I could have an assist, and was told in no uncertain terms NO, WE AINT GOT THE STAFF. And when I got to the checkout the till member ripped my bag of multi crisps, but made NO EFFORT gathering them up .even though it was her who ripped the bag . AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS !! If I could give a lower rating I would.
