   Paid for 24 hour service in good time for delivery. Not done. Not even 48 hour delivery. This is for key blood test. No refund offered. Don't touch them with bargepole. EDIT: Online Asda dr service then promptly reimbursed delivery fee. However I'm now a victim of phone number spoofing after Asda refused to engage. I make no allegations who leaked my number but the police are investigating both.

   Very disappointed with asda reward app scheme, it seems they have realised they are losing money and have stopped rewarding. It has been at least six months since I have received a loyalty reward. This seams to be quite a common trend . Asda needs to promoting false rewards schemes

   Nice staff, unfortunately most items incorrectly priced at checkout, keep an eye out for offers on the shelves, but discounts disappear at checkout. Overall the store could do with a refurbishment & less clutter.

   Very disappointed with the customer service at ASDA Arnold today. I had an issue with the self-checkout scanner freezing after using a voucher. Instead of helping, one staff member blamed me in front of another, saying “I don’t know what the lady’s done.” I was asked to rescan everything, and still had no refund. When I asked for help, both staff were rude, impatient, and unprofessional. One even told me not to “shout” when I was being completely calm. No basic manners, no clear answers, just attitude. Really shocked to receive such treatment. I expect better from ASDA.

   Had no ID for none alcohol beer ok fair enough but when the staff member was rude and then accused my auntie of shouting at her when ok she talk aloud because shes parchly deaf but she wasn't shouting and was walking closer to her and she is slow because she is disabled but she shouted at her then she refused us service for other items !! never again

   This is a well stocked store. It's not often that you cannot get hold of what you need. George clothing has gone down a bit. Not all women are the standard height, there are petite women around 5 foot and below.

   I have never known a store to be so out of line in aisle organisation, very confusing setup and difficult to find items where you usually expect. I would recommend a refit and organise better, it's got the potential to be an excellent store.

   Did my weekly shop at your store and I'm afraid I won't be back. Being new to the area I parked in your parking and when I returned I got a £50 fine. I didn't see the signs to pay as it was behind me but someone sure saw me and didn't hesitate to record when I arrived ...if you could see me arrive why not notify or signal hey you need to pay for parking here. I find the behaviour sneaky and unethical. The long eaton Asda doesn't charge you for parking. I will rather support Aldi where I can park for free while spending money in their store.

   I love this Asda. Why? because: 1. Amazing values 2. Lovely air conditioning. 3. It's in Arnold and I love Arnold 4. It's close to a variety of bus stops- the 58,79,53,54,25 etc and some Trentbarton buses! 5. It's near charity shops! 6. so much self-service 7. Mostly nice staff 8. Well, it's Asda! Love it!
