Bit of an amateur attempt at parcel delivery. Email says the package was in and it hadnβt arrived yet, excuse, the van hadnβt arrived 2 hours later. Same the next day but success at 7pm that day.

Really poor customer service , felt like criminals All we asked was if we could take the green plastic basket that we had purchased bottles of drink in ,to the car and we would bring the basket straight back as we didn't have a bag with us as we didn't plan on buying drink. We were practically accused of planning to steal the mucus green logo basket . Do you know of any criminals that would ask politely before they planned to nick a basket ???. By the way hubby and I are in our 60s .Awful staff wouldn't shop here again if it was the last place on earth. As for the two members of staff we dealt with, they need more training on how to deal with genuine customers .

The decline in this store is terrible to see. Every time i go in now its like a scene from TWD. You barely see anyone let alone staff members to ask questions to or ask for help with getting something down. The store is so dated and every time i have been in there is just puddles everywhere that cleaners said sorry for but its not their fault why is the solution to nearly every fridge leaking just to put some blueroll down? nearly nothing works i have had so many issues with weighing scales not working, self scanners not working, trolleys that tip over or simply don't move. One thing i have always had a positive experience with at this store is the staff they are always helpful but within the last maybe three months its like they have halved staff and people think i'm joking just the other night i wondered around the store at around 5.30pm and found only two staff members. Why should people carry on shopping here? you have car parks fining people for overstaying by 5 minutes, shop itself is a dated mess, no staff hardly, prices are never right, trolleys don't move properly, cafe has declined massively, constantly moving things to the point i go in for a full shop and takes me twice as long, why have you moved all the mash to a small end fridge all crammed on doesn't even make sense same for grapes that's all been moved around too, same for butter and yogurts no wonder staff sometimes don't know where something is it seems it gets moved around non stop, it was all fine where it was. Is this store going to end up closing? seems so. Who is responsible for the stores in the area? think its about time they read what people think and could be wrong but seems they can't keep staff working there as there is a lot of regular faces i no longer see and ones you do see don't look happy.

Standard supermarket. Always busy this time of year seemed short staffed in the in-store cafe was waiting a while for service didn't seem any urgency. Plenty of seating however calm environment the cafe anyway. Was able to enjoy a coffee. Haven't visited for a long time not much changed the new lick of paint has done wonders.

Went to the new and revamped cafe! Looks greatβ¦β¦and as always we had a wonderful welcome from Shan who always treats my granddaughter and our family so good. We live quite a few miles away but will always choose this Asda branch for the welcome we receive. The food is always great for the price

Im sure Sutton In Ashfield is the worst Asda store I've visited, rude staff with bad attitude no baskets trolleys available most days, no carrier bags one day last week. which is unacceptable to add to this the response from the security team at door customer services is so negative and rude phrases like have a word with people who steal baskets, what want us to do we work inside the store, tell us something we don't know how do you shop you intend to purchase 10-15 items leave with 2 you can carry your harassed by beggars entering store who buy way have decent homes in area scamming Asda customers Checkout staff cannot summon up enough energy or will to serve you properly. At Christmas I asked assistant filling shelves are there any eggs, her reply you can see there are none are you blind. This store its staff so dysfunctional I wonder what the management are doing def not looking after the store. This store needs a major audit and a massive change in culture towards customers and its service I believe employees at Sutton really resent Asda customers shopping here, its all to much trouble to make any effort with even a basic level of customers service, and manners that you teach your children as Toddlers. Its obvious most of these employees would rather be somewhere else. When you observe staff the productivity its really low and lazy a culture of how little can I get away with doing.

Over inflated prices on like for like products from alternative supermarkets. Misleading pricing structure on the shelves. The obvious item above the price doesn't always relate to the price you are lead to think that you are going to pay. Be wary of the leary Scottish gentleman who works on self serve. Unhelpful and argumentative.

Where do I start? Customer service is terrible. One member of staff, small lady.... 50s works on cigarette counter mostly... Terrible attitude, Every time she serves me there's some kind of problem. It's always her mistake & you can tell she does things purposely wrong to be awkward.treats customers with content. Never please....never a thank you. Awfull attitude! Others nearly as bad. Not nice staff, always seem unhinged.

We love shopping here we find staff are very friendly and helpful, shelves are normally full and fruit and veg is very fresh. Parking can be a bit of a nightmare sometimes though

Goods being sold 2days after use by date make you wonder how they care for goods that no longer need a date, ASDA it does not take long to loose a loyal customer base. one more shop if we see this again in will go to trading sandards and post photos, money is not readly avalible for all during cost of living crisis buck your ideas up and manage your stock and staff
