Avoid at all costs. Experienced an extremely rude woman working here this afternoon who when she would be bothered to drag herself away from her phone. Proceeded to be rude and...well sassy would be a polite word for her attitude. She was rude with her responses to my questions and dismissive to follow on questions regarding the "we don't do parcels no more" response and that they are just refusing all that arrive. If she is a representative of this business, may they go under and out of business
Male staff are extremely rude, very obstructive when giving me my parcel and yet helped a man in the queue behind me whilst making me wait for the same service when I was first in the que. when I approached the counter again he stood on his phone for a few minutes completely ignoring me being there. Very unusual person and very strange interaction which made me feel unsafe. I will not be using this shop again.
The lady and one older man in this shop are lovely and always friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there is another older man who is unhelpful and quite rude, has no customer service skills at all!
Came to collect an in-post parcel. Showed my drivers licence and provided the correct code for the item - which was actually visible behind the counter. The owner - a man in his late 50s refused to give me the parcel saying it didn’t match the special additional code they require - even though it matched the code on the parcel - and my name was on the parcel. Told me to leave the shop even though he acknowledged that they had the parcel and that they knew I had provided ID and a code. Apparently I needed to give them an extra code in order for them to receive a commission. I picked up the parcel and tried to walk out with it and The owner then started shouting aggressively and raised his fists barring me from leaving the shop shouting that the parcel was his property - when I’d clearly paid for it, shown ID and the code on the parcel, and it had my name on it! Two of my friends have mentioned similar experiences to me where the owner refused to hand over parcels when given a code and ID then the items went missing and weren’t returned to sender (so they didn’t get refunded by Vinted) I can only assume the owner stole their items (See other reviews that mention them stealing) Extremely rude, unhelpful, aggressive and dishonest staff. Do not go here or use for deliveries
