   Got there at 4pm with 2 rounds of bowling plus a meal and we got told we would have to leave at 5pm because they were busy, so our visit felt very rushed and unenjoyable. As we thought we would be there for longer and had no lift we decided to do karaoke which was very fun but would of preferred our visit without the unexpected rush.

   Would give a one star review if I could. Visited over the weekend (saturday) and was served immediately with an attitude and when i was going to complain a boy who had a tattoo on his arm if that helps about the delayed food, he just walked past me; ignoring me with a face of stone, been here in the past and the same staff member had a brief convo with my son about piercings and one of the reasons we returned as my son is autistic and enjoyed the friendly encounter. Didn’t bother going to management as I’ve seen on these other reviews they seem useless and defensive. Will never be returning, will go to the Derby location next time probably. 0/5 STARS.

   I doubt I’ll be going back to Tenpin. The staff is friendly and does their best, but that’s about the only highlight. Cleanliness is a serious issue here—the tables seem like they haven’t been wiped down in ages, and there’s trash and leftover food all over. It’s just off-putting. Then there’s the food, which, honestly, I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. It’s so bad it makes you wonder if they even have a proper kitchen. For a better experience, there other places in Nottingham. They’re cleaner, have decent food, and don’t feel neglected like Tenpin.

1. Flammin Hell-Fire ★★★★☆

   First time visiting today… went for a couple of games of pool and bowling. Nice enough venue, the arcade section could be slightly bigger… but that’s just being picky. Staff were friendly and coffee was reasonably priced and nice! Only reason for 4 stars (would give 4.5 it it was an option) is the pool tables are starting to look a bit tired. Will definitely be returning… :)

   I love this place. Can i just do a shout out for the staff member James! He was awesome on our last visit. Had an issue, and he sorted it. Very friendly, and welcoming place. All the staff are excellent. Already looking for available dates so i can come visit again!

   Great place and very cheap especially if your a student. Staff super friendly and when we did encounter a problem with the lane the staff sorted it out very quickly. It’s a great atmosphere for a fun and competitive game of bowling. I go at least once a month due to the student discount. However this only applies Monday to Thursday for students.

   I loved my experience here. This is probably the best bowling alley I've seen. The lighting is brilliant, the score screen makes the experience feel personal, as the background photo is customizable. It was my birthday, so my photo was up there. That made me feel good. The background music is at just the right volume, and the prices aren't exorbitant. 10/10 would recommend
