Very well located, and such friendly amazing staff. Some attention to detail would be beneficial. The robe in our room came with a stain on the sleeeve as did a small part of the bedding sheets. Breakfast was a good variety of things and there was plants of choice for vegetarians. Walking distance to groceries and restaurants
Beautiful, clean, luxurious looking environment. We stayed for one night to attend a concert at Rock City. I left wishing we could have stayed longer. The food was excellent and so tasty. My partner absolutely loved the spicy sauce made for his evening meal. The staff were all friendly, helpful and polite including domestic staff. Luca (not sure of correct spelling) was an amazing host and font of local knowledge, especially cheapest taxis. We would gladly stay here again should the occasion arise.
The service was 1st class from reception, the dining room staff and housekeeping were so friendly. The room was tastefully decorated with plenty of space. My only complaint was that the room needed a second easy chair.
My hotel room had a comfortable bed, benefitting from cotton sheets and the flexibility of the HVAC system ensured the right temperature. The shower was warm and welcoming, but was restricted to an 'eco' mode that meant you had to be right next to the thermostatic valve to get reliably wet. The hotel featured a passable gym that merely consisted of running machines and some light free weights. However, there is a Pure Gym within a short walking distance if, like me, you're seeking a strength-training workout. The hotel also doesn't benefit from having a pool. Both these things being considered, I'd suggest that the hotel is more akin to a Holiday Inn Express.
My daughter and I stayed here for a family vacation. The hotel was clean, and the staff were very friendly. The beds were so soft and comfortable that both of us did not have any issues getting a good nights sleep. The breakfast was good and enjoyable with plenty of choices for what you wanted to eat and drink. Thank you for making our stay an enjoyable experience.
Stayed here 24-2-2023 for the night Lovely room and comfortable beds. Worth staying for the night. But pricey £90 for one night & breakfast not included so wouldn’t stay again especially not enough milk for a coffee when awake but has a kettle!! Recommend bringing own condiments. Overall clean, comfortable, attractive but not worth £90 a night to sleep 1 night. Worth 2-3 stars
Booked two rooms last minute for a family get together and we were all really pleased with the hotel. The rooms are clean and modern. There was a desk so I could work in the morning. Kettle with tea and coffee, decent hairdryer and plenty of fresh towels. Breakfast room was busy when we visited, but the staff got us sat together by pushing a couple of tables together - great service. You can order e.g omelette and they'll cook it fresh for you or use the buffet. Plenty of sausage, bacon and eggs etc. It never ran out. Or there is a continental and cereal station. To try and stagger the peak times, they book you in the night before - we had choices such as 7.30, 8.15 or 9am so it all worked really well. This is a good Holiday Inn.
The room couldn’t be faulted. Stayed in an executive room and the bed was huge and insanely comfortable. The bathroom was lovely. Furniture all in perfect condition. Complimentary waters and a chocolate, percolator and coffee as well as teas etc. even notes saying if you need anything like toiletries the hotel is happy to provide. Honestly can’t rate it enough!
