I go to RockFit exercise classes here. To find the community centre, walk past Wetherspoons. With your back to Spoons, go right and take the first right (it's after the bus garage). You have to sign in in the visitor book on your right as you enter. The classes are upstairs on the very left.

Hired the main hall upstairs for my daughters 18th. Dealt with kirtsy (very friendly). Venue was great. Holds upto 80 people (seating and standing) for a full blown party. Allowed to decorate have a dj and bring own drinks . Hire cost very reasonable! Kitchen facilities are basic but aducate. (We had outside catering). Toilet facilities good. No parking , BUT on street parking free after 6pm. Council car park nearby. Would highly recommend for small gatherings and celebrations.
We went to an Open Day at the centre. It was outstanding. Friendly and interactive.
An excellent venue at the heart of Sherwood.
