   Terrible "gym"! Hardly any equipment here. They have so much space to put new equipment in, but won't invest the money in it. Very few people go there unsurprisingly as there are far superior gyms in Nottingham. Don't waste your time and money

   Just started working out at this place. It's not many frills but vary good for the price. It's got good classes and I'll be using this place from now on. And the hot water is working for the showers and there are doing renovations in the gym. They got some new equipment in to.

   I would advise everybody and anybody not to go here. Customer service is terrible, there's black mould in the shower cubicles and on the walls. Not to mention the fact that there's no hot water in the showers anyway. The gym itself is very basic with weights strewn everywhere and no employees in sight. There's no locker keys so peoples personal belongings fill the edges of the room and there's no music (because they claim someone stole the stereo 2 years ago) so its a very dry atmosphere. The basic membership is £20 a month + £10 joining fee which i think is not justified when you see the facility's that are on offer. I don't make a habit of writing reviews but i think people need to know about this particular establishment (possibly environmental health) so go at your own risk you've been warned.

   Great place. I take my kids boxing here and the instructors are very friendly and knowledgeable about boxing. My kids love going.
